MB Steak Brews A Special Dish for National Beer Day

MB Steak Brews A Special Dish for National Beer Day

Brothers David Morton and Michael Morton’s luxury steakhouse, MB Steak at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas, will celebrate National Beer Day with a special dish and a featured beer pairing available from Friday, April 5 through Sunday, April 7.

Reminiscent of the traditional deglazing process using wine, Executive Chef Patrick Munster will prepare braised short ribs by deglazing the meat with Paradox Brewing Company’s Skully Barrel 56, a beer made with fermented Sangiovese grapes.  The dish will be served with roasted porcini mushrooms over parmesan gnocchi, priced at $42. To complement the dinner, MB Steak also recommends pairing the dish with Skully Barrel 56 to accentuate the flavors used to prepare the short ribs.

Reservations  are available now on OpenTable, on the website at www.mbsteaklv.com and or calling MB Steak at 702-483-4888. MB Steak offers a complimentary private valet, accessible from Harmon Avenue.

Brothers David Morton and Michael Morton have come together to create MB Steak, a luxury steakhouse at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. MB Steak represents the next generation in a long legacy of restaurateurs, which includes their father, legendary restaurateur Arnie Morton, their grandfather Morton C. Morton, and Hymie, their great-grandfather. Named in Vegas Seven’s “Best of the City” in 2017, named the No. 1 restaurant in Las Vegas by Casino Player Magazine in February 2018 and listed as a “Best Steakhouse in Las Vegas” by Thrillist, MB Steak pairs the old-school steakhouse standard with a rich, comfortable vibe. The menu of expertly-sourced steaks, seafood and shellfish is complemented by creative chef-driven preparations. MB Steak’s extensive wine list is curated with intention and is accompanied by a selection of premium spirits and craft cocktails, served across a leather bar.  MB Steak is a dynamic 7,800-square-foot venue on two levels, built for dining and entertaining. The private dining room and private bar room offer intimate dining alternatives. MB Steak is sexy, luxurious and supremely comfortable.

MB Steak, the MB for “My Brothers,” is now open. More information is on the website at www.mbsteaklv.com, on Facebook at Facebook.com/MBSteak, and on Instagram and Twitter @mbsteak.
