TREVI Italian Restaurant, located in The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, will celebrate National Cheese Pizza Day on Thursday, Sept. 5. with special pricing on pizza.

 

TREVI’s signature cheese pizza will be priced at $10, exclusively on the holiday. Cooked in a wood fire brick oven, the cheese pizza is topped with mozzarella cheese and a tangy pomarola sauce. The cheese pizza is regularly priced at $16.

Plus, happy hour specials are available from 2 to 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. to close and include $5 bottles beer, $7 wines by the glass, special pricing on signature cocktails and $6 TREVI bites. The TREVI bites menu includes homemade meatballs, served with marinara and fresh basil; fried calamari, served with a black pepper aioli; eggplant crisps, served with marinara for dipping; and tomato bruschetta, made with tomatoes, garlic, mushrooms and shaved parmesan.

TREVI Italian Restaurant, located in The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, will host a Vegas Golden Knights viewing party with all-you-can-eat gameday dishes, starting at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, March 1.

 

As fans watch the Vegas Golden Knights take on the Anaheim Ducks, TREVI’s Executive Chef Jose Navarro will prepare an all-you-can-eat buffet to be served in the restaurant’s private upstairs seating. Dishes will include: Italian mixed greens, served with red wine vinaigrette, blue cheese or balsamic dressing; assorted pizzas, including sausage and peppers, cheese, pepperoni and margherita; loaded potato skins topped with cheddar cheese, sour cream and crispy bacon; garlic knots, served with shaved pecorino and marinera sauce; tortellini mac and cheese, mixed with truffle cheese sauce, then topped with herbed bread crumbs; mini beef meatballs, served with  marinara sauce; buffalo crispy chicken strips, served with blue cheese and ranch dressing; short rib arancini, made with crispy risotto with braised short rib and saffron aioli; and baked ziti, made with house-made meat sauce, zesty marinara and fresh mozzarella. For dessert, house-made zeppoles will be served with milk sauce.

Throughout July, patrons will enjoy a spaghetti and meatballs special prepared by Executive Chef Peter Scaturro, priced at $10. The delectable dish features two jumbo handmade meatballs over spaghetti pasta and is topped with a zesty marinara sauce.
 
During the month of August, diners will enjoy TREVI’s classic lasagna with layered homemade pasta combined with fresh meat-sauce, ricotta and mozzarella cheeses, priced at $10.
 
Patrons will cool off all summer long with a gelato summer happy hour with $2 scoops of gelato throughout the week on Monday through Friday from 2 to 6 p.m.
 
And, speaking of gelato, TREVI inside The Forum Shops will celebrate National Ice Cream Month by giving away scoops of homemade gelato or sorbetto every day during the month of July on social media.

Italian Restaurant to Offer Prix Fixe Menu to Benefit Three Square Food Bank

TREVI inside the Forum Shops at Caesars will feature a special prix fixe menu of Chef Peter Scaturro’s Italian specialties to benefit Three Square Food Bank during Las Vegas’ 2012 Restaurant Week™ from Monday, Aug. 27 through Sunday, Sept. 3.

 

Priced at $40.12 per person, guests will begin the Italian three-course menu with the option of TREVI’s field greens or a traditional Caesar salad. The main entrée will feature the choice of the Fettuccine al Pesto con Gamberi tossed with sautéed shrimp, sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts and basil in a pesto cream sauce or Chicken Marsala sautéed with a Marsala wine and mushroom sauce, served with green beans and garlic mashed potatoes.  For dessert, guests will indulge in the trio of gelato or sorbetto with the option to choose any three flavors such as pistachio, Italian vanilla, chocolate mousse, strawberry and more.

Italian Restaurant to Offer Traditional Prix Fixe Menu

TREVI will serve up a rustic Italian prix fixe menu and a specialty cocktail this Father’s Day to honor dads on their special day. The hearty meal, priced at $45.95 per person, is available exclusively on Sunday, June 17, at the popular Italian restaurant located inside The Forum Shops at Caesars.

Guaranteed to satisfy, dads and their families will begin the three-course menu with delicious Italian meatballs served with marinara sauce. Executive Chef Peter Scaturro created the main course just for dad’s special day, a 14 ounce ribeye steak served with a side of linguine marinara and topped with a pizzaiola sauce made with burgundy wine, marinara sauce, peppers and onions. For the final course, fathers will indulge in tiramisu made with espresso soaked ladyfingers and layered with sweet marscapone mousse.

TREVI will give dads another reason to celebrate with the Knob Creek Manhattan; a Father’s Day concoction priced at $12. The specialty drink is made with Knob Creek Bourbon, Cinzano Sweet Vermouth, dashes of Angostura Bitters and garnished with a Maraschino cherry. Dads may also enjoy a cold beer from TREVI’s vast beer selection, including the Italian favorite, Peroni.
