$3 Tequila Time Happy Hour at Baja Miguel’s Tequila Bar

South Point’s Baja Miguel’s Tequila Bar offers a $3 Tequila Time happy hour special Wednesday through Sunday from 4 to 6 p.m. The happy hour party includes margaritas, shots of Sauza Signature Blue and Corona beer.

$9.95 Meal Deals

Baja Miguel’s offers $9.95 meal deals Wednesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The specialty menu includes the choice of two items, including Chicken, Beef or Cheese Enchiladas; Chicken or Beef Flautas; Chicken, Ground or Shredded Beef Tacos and Chili Relleno. Entrées include Mexican Rice and Refried Beans. The $9.95 special includes frozen margarita, soft drink or Fideo soup. In addition, guests will enjoy complimentary tortilla chips served with salsa, guacamole and bean dip for the table. Each entrée includes a side of rice and beans.

 

BIG SUR OYSTER BAR

 

“What the Shuck!?” Lunch Specials and Half-Priced Oysters and Clams

South Point’s Big Sur Oyster Bar’s popular “What the Shuck!?” lunch specials have been updated with new dishes starting at $7.95. Guests can choose their favorite lunch option that fulfills any seafood lovers’ cravings, including Big Sur Potato Skins, New Orleans Muffuletta, Ravioli Florentine, Chowder and Lettuce Wrap, Fish Tacos and Grilled White Fish prepared with Chimichurri Sauce. In addition, Big Sur Oyster Bar features half-price oysters and clams on the half shell. The “What The Shuck!?” specials are available Monday through Thursday from noon to 4 p.m.

 

BOWLING COFFEE & SNACK BAR

 

Bowling Coffee and Snack Bar Menu

The Bowling Coffee and Snack Bar, located in the South Point Bowling Center, offers guests the chance to pick up their favorite beverage and an assortment of pastries to start the day off right. The menu features the perfect grab and go options, including: Breakfast Burrito ($6.75), Cinnamon Roll French Toast ($8.95), Carne Asada Tater Tots ($8.95), and Quesadilla with Chicken or Steak ($8.95). In addition, the new menu will feature a variety of new drink options such as Tropicana Lemonade, Apple or Orange Juice ($2.45), and Siberian Chill (regular $2.25, large $2.95). The menu includes items such as artisan coffee, Caffé Latte, Mocha, Tea, Oregon Chai Tea Latter, Cappuccino, Hot Chocolate and a Starbuck’s Frappuccino. Guests can visit the Bowling Coffee & Snack Bar for lunchtime fare as well.

$8.95 Daily Lunch Menu Items

South Point Hotel’s Coronado Café serves $8.95 daily lunch specials, including:

  • Monday: Salisbury Steak, seasoned ground beef steak grilled and topped with sautéed onions, mushroom gravy, served with mashed potatoes and the vegetable of the day; Island Salad, grilled chicken breast with mixed greens, cucumbers, red and yellow peppers, green onions, mango, pineapple with macadamia nuts and tossed in a citrus vinaigrette with crisp wontons.
  • Tuesday: Homemade Meatloaf, oven-baked meatloaf with mushroom sauce, served with mashed potatoes and a side of vegetables; Coronado Chicken Salad, grilled and diced chicken breast served over baby kale, quinoa, arugula, teardrop tomatoes, dried cranberries and blue cheese, topped with apple cider vinaigrette.
  • Wednesday: Swiss Steak, simmered in a rich red wine sauce, served with buttered noodles and seasonal vegetables; Western Chicken Salad Bowl, grilled chicken breast, diced and served with chopped romaine lettuce, crumbled bacon, black beans, corn, tossed with a smoked tomato ranch dressing and fried onion strings.
  • Thursday: Parmesan Crusted Boneless Pork Cutlet, grilled with mustard cream and served with mashed potatoes and apple compote; Chopped Chicken Salad, chopped iceberg lettuce tossed with diced chicken, tomato, cucumber, red onions, sliced black olives, served with a red wine vinaigrette and topped with crumbled feta cheese.
  • Friday: Seafood Creole, scallops, shrimp and seasonal seafood served over rice pilaf and topped with a Creole sauce, onions, peppers, tomatoes and Cajun spices; Southern Chicken Salad, lettuce topped with fried chicken, diced tomato, green peas, crumbled bacon, green onions and topped with honey mustard dressing.
  • Saturday: Roast Loin of Pork, served with pan gravy, red cabbage and mashed potatoes; Southern Style Chicken Cutlet, marinated in buttermilk and golden fried, topped with cheddar cheese and served with bacon mashed potatoes, cut corn, crisp onion strings and a chipotle barbeque sauce.
  • Sunday: Roast Turkey Dinner, served with sage dressing, mashed potatoes, gravy, glazed yams and vegetables; Vito’s Pasta served with chicken breast, mushrooms, asparagus tips, sun dried tomato and topped with an Alfredo cream sauce.

 

“South Point Late Nite” Graveyard Specials

Coronado Café offers a late-night menu with its graveyard specials from midnight to 6 a.m. Guests can select from a specially prepared menu featuring Buttermilk Biscuits and Gravy ($2.95), Two Eggs with Bacon or Sausage ($3.45), Steak and Eggs ($4.95), Pancake Sandwich ($3.95), Ham Steak and Eggs ($3.95) and a Cheeseburger ($3.95). All guests must be 21 or older with a valid form of ID.

South Point Casino offers guests the option of $1 Bloody Marys or Mimosas at all casino bars and the Coronado Café. Guests can also enjoy refreshing Bailey’s Irish Cream and coffee for $2 at any of the casino bars. This special is available daily from 6 a.m. to noon.

South Point 400 Cocktail Menu

Don Vito’s now serves two specialty cocktails inspired by the upcoming South Point 400 NASCAR race. South Point 400 cocktails, available for $8.50 each, include Firewall; featuring locally distilled City Lights Strawberry Shine moonshine with muddled strawberries, topped with ginger beer and finished with a lime chip; and Neon Garage, made with Tito’s Handmade Vodka and Midori topped with pineapple juice and served with an edible caramel straw. The decadent cocktails will be garnished with an edible and unique South Point 400 logo. The specialty South Point 400 cocktails are available now through September.

  • Friday and Saturday: South Point’s Garden Buffet offers a seafood buffet experience for $18.95 with a Casino Club Card or $23.95 without a Casino Club Card. South Point Hotel, Casino and Spa will participate in the 2018 Las Vegas Restaurant Week fundraiser June 18 – 29, where $5 from each meal will be donated to help end hunger in Southern Nevada through Three Square. Participating restaurants include Don Vito’s, Primarily Prime Rib and Silverado Steakhouse.

 

Don Vito’s will offer a three-course meal for $40 per person, which includes a bottle of the Wine of the Month for every two people, available June 18 – 29. The specialty menu includes choice of:

  • First Course: Tuscan Mussels, oven baked with parmesan breadcrumbs, butter, parsley and roasted garlic; Chicken and Andouille Sausage Cannelloni garnished with peach chutney; or Italian Farm Salad, arugula and mixed greens topped with salami, provolone, roasted peppers, red onion and tossed in an Italian vinaigrette.
  • Second Course: Short Rib Barolo, braised with pancetta and mushrooms served with buttered pasta and seasonal vegetables; Spaghetti Vicenza, garlic sautéed shrimp, tomatoes, roasted peppers, Aglio e Olio and melted mozzarella; or Medallions Vito, twin medallions of beef, pan seared with poached pear and fig reduction, served over farfalle pasta and seasonal vegetables.
  • Third Course: Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Cannoli or Twix Bar Tartufo, dolce de leche ice cream and shortbread cookie crumble topped with chocolate ganache. Served with choice of coffee or tea.

 

Primarily Prime Rib will offer a three-course meal for $30 per person, available June 20 – 24 and June 27 – 29. The specialty menu includes choice of:

  • First Course: Summer Salad Bowl, chopped fresh greens topped with tomato, corn, cheddar, red onions with a choice of dressing tossed tableside; Prime Rib Slider, shaved prime rib served on a kummelweck roll and topped with creamy cole slaw, horseradish marmalade and Au Jus; or a cup of Soup of the Day or Traditional Wedge Salad.
  • Second Course: South Point Cut Roast Prime Rib, 10-ounce cut of prime rib sliced thick and served with seasonal vegetables, baked potato or freshly mashed potatoes; B.B.Q. Strawberry Chicken Breast, broiled and lightly basted with strawberry and honey barbecue sauce, served with country mashed potatoes, cut corn and onion strings; or Sautéed Orange Roughy served with artichoke hearts, mushrooms, lemon butter cream, garden peas and baked potato or freshly mashed potatoes.
  • Third Course: Peach Shortcake, sponge cake, peaches, ice cream and whipped cream; or Warm Chocolate Caramel Fondue, served with sliced apples, banana and pound cake for dipping. Served with choice of coffee or tea.

 

Silverado Steak House will offer a three-course meal for $50 per person, which includes a bottle of the Wine of the Month for every two people, available June 18 – 29. The specialty menu includes choice of:

  • First Course: Tempura Shrimp and Crab Ceviche Shooters, tempura shrimp in a Hoisin sauce and crab folded in sweet and spicy tomato broth and served in cucumber cups; Filet Mignon Slider, 2-ounce medallion on a butter toasted brioche bun and topped with bread and butter pickle chips and horseradish marmalade; Pork & Water Chestnut Dumplings, Asian seasoned ground pork served with diced water chestnuts in a wonton shell with sweet ginger sauce on the side; or Limestone and Lolo Russo Salad, lettuce topped with beefsteak and a saffron cream vinaigrette.
  • Second Course: 12-Ounce Chimichurri Boneless Rib Eye, marinated in garlic and fresh herbs, topped with chimichurri sauce; Pan Seared Orange Roughy, served with blue crab, mini sweet drop peppers and a lemon beurre blanc; Chicken Vesuvio, chicken breast sautéed with artichoke hearts and mushrooms, flamed with Sauterne; or Tamarind Filet Medallions, two 3-ounce marinated medallions of filet mignon topped with Tamarind spice, chopped Thai chili and brown sugar, then pan seared. All second courses are served with a choice of seasonal vegetables, baked or mashed potatoes.
  • Third Course: Chocolate Trifle, Texas sheet cake marinated in Sherry and topped with crème anglaise, whipped cream and chocolate shavings; or Lemon Cream Cake, three-layer lemon cake topped with a lemon whipped cream frosting. Served with choice of coffee or tea.

Cinco de Mayo Specialty Menu – Friday, May 4 – Sunday, May 6 – UPDATED

Baja Miguel’s will offer five authentic food specials in honor of Cinco de Mayo along with $5 drink specials including any Mexican beer, standard or specialty margaritas, Miguel’s mojito or house wine. Each fiesta dining special is available for $15.55 and all entrees are served with chips, three dips, Spanish rice and refried beans. The specials include:

  • Parillada Mexicana: 3-ounce skirt steak, chicken and pork served on a skillet with a trio of house made sauces.
  • Tequila Steak: 10-ounce rib eye, broiled and topped with sautéed onions in a house chipotle sauce.
  • Chicken Poblano: 8-ounce chicken breast, grilled and topped with poblano peppers and cream sauce.
  • Camarones a la Diabla: Shrimp sautéed in a house-made diabla sauce.
  • Miguel’s Pork Chops: Lightly spiced, pan seared pork chops topped with sautéed onions and tomatoes, and finished with ranchera sauce.

Baja Miguel’s offers a three-course menu from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. The prix-fixe menu will be available for $21.95 per person and includes a complimentary Margarita or glass of wine with menu options such as:

  • First Course: Chicken Salad, signature Baja style chicken on a crispy leaf of romaine; or Sweet Corn Tamale, topped with salsa, avocado, salsa verde and sour cream.
  • Second Course: Salmon Aracely, 8-ounce salmon, grilled and finished with saffron cream sauce; or Surf and Turf Maria, 6-ounce filet mignon served with two jumbo shrimp topped with a house chipotle sauce. Entrées are served with asparagus tips and a side of vegetable rice.

South Point Hotel’s culinary team will serve specialty menus for Easter throughout the property’s favorite restaurants, including Baja Miguel’s, Coronado Café, Don Vito’s, Garden Buffet, Primarily Prime Rib and Silverado Steak House on Sunday, April 1.

 

Baja Miguel’s will serve a three-course menu with a complimentary margarita or glass of wine from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. for $21.95 per person, including:

  • First Course: Shrimp Tostadas, served with crisp corn tortilla stopped with Miguel’s shrimp salad; or Vegetable Flautas, topped with ranchero sauce.
  • Second Course: Halibut Cilantro, 8-ounce grilled filet topped with a homemade cilantro sauce; or Chicken Mango, 8-ounce pan-seared chicken breast topped with a light mango cream sauce. Both entrées are served with mushroom rice and green beans.
  • Third Course: Pastel de Zanahoria, a traditional carrot cake; or Flan Napolitano, layered chocolate cake topped with traditional flan. Includes a choice of coffee or tea.

 

Coronado Café will offer a three-course meal with a complimentary glass of wine or cocktail from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. for $15.95 per person, including:

  • First Course: Cream of Chicken Soup; or Spring Salad.
  • Second Course: Roasted Leg of Lamb, served with lamb jus and a refreshing mint sauce; or Honey Baked Ham, served with raisin and bourbon sauce. Both dishes include the choice of roasted or Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and a side of green beans.
  • Third Course: Chocolate Mouse; or Warm Apple Dumpling, served with a cinnamon cream. Includes the choice of coffee or tea.

 

Don Vito’s will serve a three-course menu from 3 to 9 p.m. with a complimentary cocktail or glass of wine, available for $39 per person, including:

  • First Course: Oven Baked Gulf Oysters, served with seasoned spinach and melted fontina cheese; Prosciutto with Melon Pearls, served with ciabatta crostini; Italian Potato Soup, served with caramelized leeks; or Shrimp and Farro Salad, served with asparagus, teardrop tomatoes, toasted pistachios and lemon vinaigrette dressing.
  • Second Course: Roasted Italian Seasoned Boneless Leg of Lamb, served with goat cheese spaetzli, spring vegetables and natural jus; Pan Seared Beef Medallions, served with a poached pear and dried fig reduction sauce and a truffle risotto cake; Smoked Butter Basted Chicken Breast, served over a bed of leeks, cherry tomatoes and artichokes topped with a Porcini mushroom sauce; or Swordfish Rollatini, thinly sliced swordfish rolled with crab, shrimp and scallops oven roasted in a Sherry garlic lemon butter sauce. All entrées, excluding the Leg of Lamb, are served with a side of pasta and seasonal vegetables.
  • Third Course: Almond Crème Brulee topped with toasted marshmallow; Toasted Coconut Crème Cannoli, with macadamia nut brittle; or Seasonal Berries, served with zabaglione. Includes a choice of coffee or tea.

 

Garden Buffet will serve a Bottomless Champagne Easter Brunch from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. for $17.95 with a club card or $21.95 without. The champagne brunch will feature a full breakfast selection including made-to-order omelets, Eggs Benedict, Raisin Bread French Toast, New York Style Cheese Blitzes and more. A variety of savory entrées will be available such as Kentucky Bourbon Glazed Ham, Alaskan Seared Salmon, Iowa Pork Chops, Santa Fe Style Lamb Enchiladas and Massaman Thai Beef Curry. In addition, the buffet will offer a Prime Rib and Leg of Lamb live carving station and six international cooking stations ranging from soups and salads to desserts and more. To top it off, the dessert station will cater to all sweet addictions with dishes including but not limited to Hot Cross Buns, White Chocolate Bread Pudding, Gelato, and Cheesecakes.

 

Garden Buffet will serve a Bottomless Champagne Easter Dinner from 4 to 9 p.m. for $17.95 with a club card or $21.95 without. The Easter dinner buffet will offer a variety of mouthwatering dishes such as Kentucky Bourbon Glazed Ham, Blackened Snapper, Texas Style Beef Medallions, Country Style Chicken in the Pot, Florida Golden Fried Shrimp and more. In addition, the buffet will host a series of stations featuring sushi from Zenshin, seasonal fruits, soups, salads and more. Guests can also enjoy live carving stations with Colorado Roasted Leg of Lamb and Nebraska Prime Rib, and desserts including Easter Bunny Cupcakes, White Chocolate Bread Pudding, Crepes Suzette, sorbet and gelato bar and more.

 

Primarily Prime Rib will serve a three-course menu from 3 to 9 p.m. with a complimentary cocktail or glass of wine for $35 per person, including:

  • First Course: Farmers Market Salad Bowl, topped with a white cider vinaigrette; Shrimp an Asiago Cheese Quiche, served with fresh tomato coulee and spring salad; Cream of Chicken Soup and Wedge Salad, served with tomato bacon, blue cheese and tomato Ranch dressing; or Chicken Gondolas, breaded chicken medallions topped with spinach, sundried tomatoes and a Dijon cream sauce.
  • Second Course: Prime Rib of Beef, 10-ounce dry-aged prime rib with the choice of Chateau or Yukon Gold whipped potatoes and green beans; Roasted Leg of Spring Lamb, topped with a minted demi sauce, green peas and served with Au Gratin potatoes; Crown Royal Maple Whiskey Glazed Ham, served with cut corn and Au Gratin potatoes; Chicken in the Pot, poached in chicken broth served with seasonal vegetables and egg noodles; Potato Crusted Alaskan Black Cod, served over a sautéed tomato compote with saffron beurre blanc, julienne vegetables and creamed potatoes; or Medallions of Beef Stroganoff, tenderloin medallions sautéed with sherry and mushrooms in a sour cream sauce and served with a side of rice pilaf and green beans.

Silverado Steak House will serve a four-course menu from 4 to 10 p.m. with a complimentary cocktail or glass of wine, available for $55 per person, including:

Baja Miguel’s offers a three-course menu from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. for $18.95 per person, including a complimentary Margarita or glass of wine and dishes such as:

  • First Course: Bacon Wrapped Asparagus, served with a sweet chili sauce; or Shrimp and Crab Cocktail, with a margarita infused cocktail sauce.
  • Second Course: Baja Beef Filet, an 8 ounce filet topped with a mushroom butter sauce; or Miguel’s Blackened Salmon. Second course dishes include a side of white rice and sautéed vegetables.

South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa restaurants including Don Vito’s, Primarily Prime Rib, Silverado Steak House and Zenshin will participate in Three Square’s Restaurant Week taking place throughout Las Vegas June 15-26 in an effort to end hunger in Southern Nevada.

 

Three Square Food Bank is switching gears this year by combining the annual spring and fall events to celebrate 12 days of dining out for a cause. Diners can indulge in specialty menus from local eateries while also providing up to 18 meals to hungry community members with the purchase of a Restaurant Week meal at participating locations.

 

Specialty menus available at South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa participating restaurants include:

 

Zenshin will serve a three-course menu for $30.15 per person including:

  • Appetizers: Stuffed Shiso with Spicy Tuna, tempura fried, eel sauce and togarashi dynamite butter; Lightly Seared Waygu Beef Salad, with arugula spears, mustard greens, baby heirloom tomatoes and sesame dressing; or Oxtail Dumpling Soup served with beef consume.
  • Entrées: Herb-Crusted Seared Tiger Shrimp with bok choy, fried rice and togarashi butter; Grilled Scottish Salmon with Thai basil pesto, furikake couscous and Asian chimichurri; or Oven Roasted Honey Glazed Pork Tenderloin with sautéed broccolini, braised kabocha squash and Japanese whiskey demi.

  • Appetizers: Strawberry Bruschetta with brie, pancetta and candied pecans; Summer Vegetable Lasagna Roulade with roast garlic pomodoro sauce; or Roasted Beet and Fennel Salad over mixed greens with prosecco vinaigrette.
  • Entrées: Chicken Buccatini with sundried tomatoes and artichoke in a creamed parmesan sauce with seasonal vegetables and a side of pasta; Grilled Skirt Steak and Shrimp Risotto with arugula pesto and broccolini; or Fettuccine Frutti Di Mare, black ink pasta with shrimp, scallops and crab folded in a mildly spiced tomato sauce.
  • Desserts: Orange Sorbet with Pineapple Carpaccio with rum and caramel glaze; or Cookies and Cream Tartufo.

Baja Miguel’s will serve a three-course menu and a complimentary house margarita for $26 per person from 4 to 10 p.m., including:

  • First Course: Tostada Veracruz with roasted talapeño crema; Empanadas Oaxaca, deep fried with beef, green olives and Oaxaca cheese; Baja’s Tomato Salad with red and yellow peppers, panela cheese with Yucatan dressing.

Coronado Café will offer a delicious selection of graveyard specials throughout June. Guests can select from a specially prepared menu featuring Buttermilk Biscuits & Country Gravy ($2.95), Two Eggs with Bacon or Sausage ($3.45), Steak and Eggs ($4.95), a Pancake Sandwich ($3.95), Ham Steak & Egg ($3.95) and a Cheeseburger ($3.95). Graveyard specials will be served daily from midnight to 6 a.m. All guests must be 21 or older with a valid form of ID.

 

NEW “What the Shuck!?” $7.95 Lunch Specials and Half Priced Oysters and Clams at Big Sur Oyster Bar
South Point’s Big Sur Oyster Bar showcases new menu items as part of the popular $7.95 lunch special in June. Guests will enjoy a variety of options, including Shrimp Alfredo, Fish Tacos, Shrimp Jambalaya, Red Snapper Creole Style, Oyster Po’ Boy and Big Sur Shrimp Salad. In addition, Big Sur Oyster Bar will feature half-price oysters and clams on the half shell. Guests can slurp down plump Louisiana Gold Seal Oysters as the chefs freshly shuck oysters in an open kitchen creating an exciting dining experience. Baja Miguel’s now offers $7.95 meal deals, including the choice ofCarne A La Plancha, grilled beef served with onions, tomatoes and jalapenos; Chicken Cilantro, marinated chicken breast with a tomatillo cilantro cream sauce; Chile Relleno Norteno, pablano pepper stuffed with asadero cheese and topped with ranchero sauce; Fish Tacos Puerto Nuevo, fried tilapia and marinated cabbage served on a flour tortilla;or Flauta Punto Sur, shredded beef rolled in a flour tortilla and topped with sour cream. The $7.95 lunch special includes fresh tortilla chips served with salsa, guacamole and bean dip for the table. Each entrée is served with a side of rice and beans. South Point Hotel’s Zenshin restaurant offers guests a daily happy hour special featuring a 50 percent discount on select items from 2 to 6 p.m. Guests have the opportunity to relax after a busy day with $5 martinis, $2 domestic and $2.50 import beers. A special happy hour dining menu features appetizers including Edamame ($2.50), Karaage Chicken ($3.50), Fried Oysters ($5), Hamachi Kama ($5), Misoyaki Salmon Kama ($5)and more. South Point’s Restaurants Offer New Menu Items
In celebration of summer, South Point’s restaurants, including Silverado Steak House, Don Vito’s, Primarily Prime Rib, Big Sur Oyster Bar and Baja Miguel’s, have revamped their respective menus, offering guests a new selection of delicious items to choose from.

 

Silverado Steak House’s new menu items include:

  • Appetizers: Burgundy Sautéed Mushrooms ($9), fresh mushroom caps sautéed with Burgundy and a hint of garlic; and Glazed Pork Belly ($11), pork belly slowly braised and topped with a soy and ginger glaze.
  • Steaks: Chipotle Glazed Flat-Iron ($29), including two broiled four-ounce steaks glazed with a homemade spicy barbecue sauce.
  • Entrées: Double-Cut Pork Chop ($27), served with a bourbon demi and a side of sweet pepper and apple relish; Fresh Filet of Salmon Martini Style ($32), oven roasted withadill crust and served over a potato and green olive hash that is topped with gin and vermouth cream; and For Two ($99), including one 14-ounce New York steak, four shrimp scampi and four sautéed scallops with wilted spinach.

 

Silverado Steak House is open Sunday through Thursday from 5 to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5 to 11 p.m.

 

Don Vito’s new menu items include:

  • Appetizers:  The Don’s Meatballs ($12), topped with pepperoni sauce; and Frito Misto ($13), featuring golden calamari, panko breaded zucchini and fried shrimp with the choice of marinara or diavolo sauce.
  • Entrées: Sweet Balsamic Scallops ($32), seared and wrapped in bacon on top of a risotto with chive butter and balsamic glaze; Tagliatelle Alla Rios ($21), featuring spinach tagliatelle, portabella mushrooms, broccolini and chicken tossed in a sun-dried tomato sauce; Chicken Tuscany ($22), marinated with garlic and rosemary and broiled over Italian white beans and vegetables; and Espresso-Rubbed Rib Eye ($31), broiled with bourbon mushroom demi.

 

Don Vito’s is open Sunday through Thursday from 5 to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5 to 11 p.m.

 

Primarily Prime Rib’s new menu items include:

  • Appetizers: Primarily Flat Bread ($6.95), with barbequed prime rib, caramelized onions and blended cheeses or zucchini, yellow squash and sliced tomatoes topped with rosemary, mozzarella cheese and balsamic glaze.

 

Primarily Prime Rib is open Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 5 to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 5 to 11 p.m.

 

Big Sur Oyster Bar’s new menu items include:

  • Entrées: Fish Sliders ($15), freshly fried cod served on brioche rolls and topped with tartar sauce, shredded lettuce and tomato; Jambalaya ($19), includes shrimp, chicken and Andouille sausage sautéed with onions, green peppers and okra in a Creole sauce with steamed rice; and Pan Roasts ($23), with crab, shrimp or combination served with rice and tomato butter sauce. For $6 more, guests may add lobster to the Pan Roast.

Big Sur Oyster Bar is open Monday through Sunday from noon to midnight. Lunch specials are available Monday through Thursday from noon to 4 p.m.

 

Baja Miguel’s new menu items include:

  • Appetizers: Sweet Corn Tamale Cake ($9.95), served on salsa verde with sour cream, diced tomatoes and green onions; and Seafood Salad ($13.95), crisp greens topped with grilled shrimp and scallops, tomatoes, cucumbers, fried enchilada cheese and ranchero dressing.
  • Entrées: Pescadore Veracruz ($18.95), sautéed halibut topped with a rich tomato sauce and served with seasonal vegetables; Camarone Mazatian ($18.95), sautéed shrimp served with a savory garlic butter sauce; and Shrimp Tacos ($15.95), corn tortillas filled with grilled shrimp, pico de gallo and cabbage slaw.

 

Baja Miguel’s is open Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Lunch specials are available from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

 

Themed Buffet Menus at Garden Buffet

  • Monday: South Point’s Garden Buffet will feature a special “BBQ” buffet for $14.95 with a Casino Club Card or $18.95 without a Casino Club Card. The buffet will offer an extensive arrangement of soups, salads, fresh fruits, desserts and more. Buffet patrons can enjoy an assortment of comfort food selections featuring Slowly Roasted Bourbon Glazed Pork Loin, Campfire Barbecued Spare Ribs, Hop Sing’s Firecracker Beef, Round-up Fried Chicken, Big Hoss’ Burger Bar, Memphis Style Pulled Pork and more. The alluring buffet offers every backyard party enthusiast’s favorite side dishes, including Baked Beans, Corn on the Cob, Bacon and Cheddar Potato Casserole and Chili.
