The reception menus offer an assortment of delectable small bites such as veal ricotta meatballs, crostini grilled steak and STK’s signature Lil BRGS Wagyu beef sliders. STK Denver, the highly anticipated and recently opened modern steakhouse, is announcing “Office Hours” – their signature take on happy hour.  

Known for its dynamic social vibe combined with an exceptional dining experience, STK now offers guests a distinct selection of discounted appetizers, cocktails, wine and beer Sunday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The new menu soars above and beyond the usual afternoon happy hour by offering exceptional STK bites such as crispy calamari, oysters and beef tartare for $10, along with a “buy one get one” offer for select cocktails, bubbles, wine and beer. Guests can enjoy the “Office Hours” menu at the restaurant’s expansive main bar or at one of its bistro tables.

On Sunday, February 3, the restaurant will host its Super Brunch XLVII, featuring a variety of food and drink selections, for guests to tailgate in style for the biggest matchup of the season.

Palms Casino Resort, currently underway with the first phase of a property-wide transformation, most recently announces the addition of XISHI, a pan-Asian restaurant, to its evolving dining landscape. XISHI, (pronounced “zai-she”), is a nod to the feminine pronoun “she,” and will offer traditional and contemporary Asian dishes in a modern vibe-driven space with a feminine twist. The ONE Group, known for its high-energy concepts, is expected to open the venue in December 2012 in the space currently occupied by Little Buddha.

A Look at the New Exterior of Bagatelle Las Vegas

Today, the Strip’s newest day and nightclub, Bagatelle Las Vegas perked up its exterior with an all new look. The exclusive porte-cochère, located on the east side of the New Tropicana Las Vegas, now reads Bagatelle for all guests to see. Jonathan Segal, CEO of The ONE Group and Tom Recine, Vice President of Food and Beverage at the New Tropicana Las Vegas, worked together to put the finishing touches on the sign before its spectacular display. Looking forward to making a splash later this summer, Bagatelle is working fast and furious towards completion.


Bagatelle has made its mark on New York, and most recently Los Angeles and St. Barth’s, with Champagne-fueled afternoons that transport guests to a Mediterranean oasis. He dined on a Waygu Beef filet using the exclusive STK diamond encrusted 15K steak knife which contains 5 carats of diamonds designed exclusively for STK Las Vegas by Jason’s of Beverly Hills. His party also enjoyed beef and tuna tartar, seafood platters, King Crab and Dover Sole.

Gavin Rossdale was performing with Bush as part of a private show at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.
