On Saturday, March 7, Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas celebrates its first year as Las Vegas newest, most exciting and unique entertainment venue. Combining 32 bowling lanes, five bars and an award-winning menu by Bruce and Eric Bromberg’s Blue Ribbon Restaurants with a dynamic roster of live music acts, Brooklyn Bowl is savvy locals’ and tourists’ favorite entertainment destination.

It’s no surprise Brooklyn Bowl’s live music roster generates so much excitement among critics and music lovers alike. During the first year, the Venue hosted nearly 300 live shows representing an expansive array of musical genres, with artists including John Legend, OneRepublic, Elvis Costello, The Roots, Jane’s Addiction, Phil Lesh & Friends, Toad the Wet Sprocket, Primus, O.A.R., Smashing Pumpkins, Los Lobos, Steve Winwood, Wu-Tang Clan, Jack White and The String Cheese Incident.
Brooklyn Bowl’s restaurant, helmed by Chef Dermot Driscoll and featuring Blue Ribbon Restaurants’ menu, consistently receives raves. The much-lauded menu elevates comfort food and offers new twists on old favorites. Signature dishes include its world-renowned Fried Chicken, served with white bread and honey; Egg Shooters with pickled peppers and olive oil mayo; a variety of French Bread Pizzas, including The Theresa, with butternut squash, mushrooms and roasted garlic; The Bowl Burger Deluxe with all of the fixin’s and fries; and Mac & Cheese with baked crumbs. New to the menu are Chef Driscoll’s Deep Fried Pickles with Blue Ribbon seasoning and chipotle ranch. Brooklyn Bowl’s menu is complemented by a thirst-quenching roster of craft beers and spirited house cocktails, such as the Drunken Palmer, combining Seagram’s Sweet Tea Vodka and lemonade, and Rum Punch, a blend of Bacardi Superior, Gosling’s Rum and juice.
Brooklyn Bowl’s famous fried chicken inspired Driscoll to create the Fried Chicken Martini in honor of the venue’s first anniversary. This celebratory libation incorporates Tito’s Handmade Vodka, which was infused with fried chicken for two weeks. The fried chicken vodka is then poured into a glass dipped in a touch of honey imported directly from the Mexican honey farm belonging to Blue Ribbon Restaurants founder Bruce Bromberg. The honeyed rim is then dipped in the restaurant’s signature fried chicken seasoning and garnished with a boneless piece of fried chicken skewered with a sprig of rosemary. Executive Chef Dermot Driscoll’s inventive creation will be available for a limited time.
Finally, over the course of its first year, Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas charted several notable numbers:

-Number of beers sold: 260,000
Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas serves its full menu in the restaurant and at the lanes every day starting at 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and noon on Saturday and Sunday, when a brunch menu is also available.
