Seether Extends World Tour With Fall U.S. Dates

SEETHER EXTENDS WORLD TOUR WITH FALL U.S. DATES

South African rock band Seether is bringing their POISON THE PARISH WORLD TOUR back to the U.S., with the first show kicking off November 25 in Charlotte, North Carolina at The Fillmore. Missouri hard rock group Shaman’s Harvest will support Seether on all U.S. dates.

Seether’s most recent music video, “Betray and Degrade” premiered on Vevo on August 11. “Betray and Degrade,” directed by Nathan Cox, is the second music video from Poison the Parish and has garnered over one million views in just one month. Lead single “Let You Down,” spent four consecutive weeks at #1 across the U.S. at rock radio.

Poison the Parish (Canine Riot / Fantasy), which hit on May 12th, 2017, debuted at #1 on Billboard’s Hard Rock albums chart, #14 on Billboard’s Top 200 albums chart, and #8 on Billboard’s Current albums chart selling more than 31,000 copies in its first week. Recorded at Blackbird Studio in Nashville, Tennessee, Poison the Parish marks the first album produced entirely by front man Shaun Morgan. Perhaps the heaviest and most expressive collection they’ve ever released, the album is earning their best notices in years.

After wrapping up the first round of U.S. dates at the end of August, Seether launched their second leg of tour dates in Europe, beginning in Russia. The band will travel to countries such as France, Germany, and Denmark before returning once again to the U.S. for the fall leg of their POISON THE PARISH WORLD TOUR.

SAVE is the leading national nonprofit suicide prevention organization working to prevent suicide through public awareness, education and training. They develop public awareness campaigns used across the country, “best practice” endorsed suicide prevention materials used around the world, and are the only national suicide prevention organization to have developed an evidence-based program for schools. They work with businesses, individuals and families in crisis as well as provide support programs suicide survivors left behind after a suicide. SAVE has received numerous awards for their work including being named a “Champion of Change” by the White House and has been certified by Best Charities of America as meeting the highest standards of accountability and responsibility for nonprofits. Of the 1 million charities in the country, only 5% meet the standards and less than 2,000 have been awarded the certification seal.

Now in its 23rd year, the Vans Warped Tour continues to solidify itself as the must attend festival over summer for rock and music lovers alike.

In the tradition of celebrating the tour’s musical roots, the lineup includes bands such as CKY, Sick Of It All, Municipal Waste, The Adolescents, Strung Out, T.S.O.L, Anti-Flag, Hatebreed and others, who are legends in the punk, hardcore and metal core world.

Returning this year is the Mutant Party Zone, which will provide festival-goers with two stages dedicated to heavy music from bands such as The Acacia Strain, Being As An Ocean, Blessthefall, Carnifex, Fit For A King, GWAR and any more.

The Vans Warped Tour has always been a place of music discovery and this year is no exception – the Full Sail Stage has up and comers like Boston Manor, Creeper, The Gospel Youth, Knocked Loose, Movements, and Trophy Eyes positioned to break this summer.

Overall, the tour continues to offer something for every fan, showcasing the best in pop punk, rock, hard core, hip-hop, dance and indie.

After two wildly successful performances last year, country music star Gary Allan returns to The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas for two additional shows on Friday, December 9 and Saturday, December 10 at 9:30 p.m. The shows will take place during National Finals Rodeo (NFR) week at Hard Rock Hotel, an NFR host hotel. Tickets go on sale Friday, September 16 at 10 a.m.

 

With the allure of a modern day outlaw, Allan has won over fans, peers and critics with his signature blend of smoldering vocals, rebellious lyrics and raucous live performances. While becoming a force on the country music scene, he has remained true to his artistic voice each step of the way.

 

Allan just re-signed with Universal Music Group Nashville, the label home for the entirety of his twenty-year career. “Do You Wish It Was Me?,” the debut single from his upcoming EMI Nashville release, hit radio this June. Starting this December, Dancing with the Stars, ABC’s leading entertainment show, produced by BBC Worldwide Productions, is bringing a one-of-a-kind touring production throughout North America.  The official 90-minute live show, DANCING WITH THE STARS: LIVE!, produced by Faculty Productions in association with BBC Worldwide, kicks off Saturday, December 27, 2014 in Niagara Falls, NY at the Seneca Events Center and will run through February 15, 2015 showcasing some of the faces from the show you know and love. The all-new DANCING WITH THE STARS: LIVE! tour will feature a cast of the television show’s most popular competitors, treating audiences to exciting and romantic performances. Hard Rock International Introduces Worldwide Hard Rock Roxtars Launch for Kids of All Ages

 

Hard Rock is rolling out the red carpet for its youngest rock stars this Halloween. On Friday, October 31, 2014, in celebration of the launch of the Hard Rock Roxtars program and new kid’s menu, Hard Rock Cafe on Paradise will offer 1 free kids meal with the purchase of an adult entrée from 3 – 7 p.m.

 

The promotion celebrates the unveiling of the Hard Rock Roxtars, a band of characters serving as brand ambassadors for Hard Rock’s multifaceted brand-wide programs catering to children of all ages, presented at Hard Rock Cafes®, Hard Rock Hotels and Rock Shops® worldwide. The Hard Rock Roxtars will provide fans of Hard Rock with an authentic, irreverent experience rich in music content, allowing the brand to connect with future and veteran rockers alike.

 

Inspired by Hard Rock International’s paramount differentiator – music – this band of five characters and music performers, the Hard Rock Roxtars, each have distinct personalities representing the individuality and freedom of artistic expression in children. When Hard Rock Roxtars travel, they do so in style, and families who stay at Hard Rock Hotels are immediately in the band. Kids will receive a special Hard Rock Roxtars Activity Book at check-in and unlimited entertainment at Hard Rock Roxity Kids Club, a family-friendly, music-inspired haven, customized per property, where kids rock to their own rhythm, catch a live Hard Rock Roxtars performance or take part in experiential, engaging and music-infused learning activities. HARD ROCK ANNOUNCES CALL FOR ENTRIES IN GLOBAL HARD ROCK RISING COMPETITION

Battle of the Bands Competition Gives Emerging Artists the Chance to Take the Stage in Rome

 

Hard Rock is on the search for rising rock stars to take the stage in the heart of the Roman Empire! Hard Rock Rising, the world’s largest and most far-reaching battle of the bands competition, will give one local band the chance of a lifetime – an all-expenses paid trip to Rome, Italy to perform at the first Hard Rock Live Rome music festival this summer! The selected runner-up bands will each receive new music equipment and gear valued at $10,000.

Hard Rock, in partnership with the online musician community ReverbNation, will host open registration for bands wishing to participate in the global battle starting on Monday, January 6, 2014, through Friday, January 27, 2014. The combination of Hard Rock’s iconic brand and ReverbNation’s extensive network of more than 3.3 million artists in 250 countries worldwide will provide undiscovered bands with an international stage to jumpstart their careers.

Rising to the Occasion – The Road to Rome

To register, hopeful bands can visit one of 81 participating Hard Rock Cafe Facebook pages. Following open registration, fans decide who moves on to the live performance phase of the program by voting on the Hard Rock city-specific Facebook page and downloading free tracks from bands of their choice. Bands that are not within a 100 mile radius of a Hard Rock Cafe can enter into a virtual battle online where a panel of judges will review the band’s social content to determine the top five bands that will compete against the winning bands from participating cafes. After voting online, fans are encouraged to visit a participating cafe where they can “triple their vote” by using a custom barcode at the cafe’s host stand.  Upon “check-in” at the cafe, guests who are 21 and older are automatically entered into a sweepstakes to win a trip for two to the all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotel in Cancun, Mexico. After fan favorites are chosen, participating Hard Rock Cafe locations around the world will host a series of live competitions featuring the local bands. One winner will be selected from each location by a panel of local industry judges. Selected local winners will be narrowed down to the top twenty-five bands worldwide following a second round of fan voting on participating Hard Rock Facebook pages.

Once the top 25 finalists are determined, a panel of music industry professionals, including Steven Van Zandt, producer, songwriter, creator of the world’s most successful radio rock show “Little Steven’s Underground Garage,” founding member of the E Street Band and soon to be Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee; singer and hit songwriter Bonnie McKee, known for her hit single “American Girl” as well as hit songs for Katy Perry, Ke$ha, and Britney Spears; Laura Taylor of Everybody’s Management, who currently works with Laura Marling and Mumford & Sons; Scott Hutchison of acclaimed indie-band, Frightened Rabbit; Stone, guitarist of Taiwanese band Mayday and Hard Rock Records’ Artist Relations Executives James Buell and Blake Smith, will help select the grand prize winner and two runner-up bands.

WHAT: Hawaiian reggae quartet, The Green, will return to Hard Rock Live Las Vegas, located inside Hard Rock Cafe on the Strip on Sunday, December 29and Monday, December 30with Common Kings and other special guests, including ST1, ForTwentyDaze, One Pin Short, and Haleamano.

Formed by four friends in Oahu in 2009, The Green blends roots reggae with traditional Hawaiian vibes, creating an unmistakable island sound that has brought multiple awards and critical acclaim to the rhythmic group. Made up of soulful singer Caleb Keolanui, often referred to as the “harmony master,” guitarist J.P. Kennedy, who contributes powerful and captivating vocals, keyboardist and vocalist Ikaika Antone, and singer and guitarist Zion Thompson, the group harmoniously masters vocals and instruments.

The Green is currently promoting the release of their recent album, Hawai’i ’13, which has been met with rave reviews by critics. Their self-titled debut album, The Green, reached number three on the Billboard’s Reggae Chart and remained in the Top 10 for 25 weeks.
