Tickets on sale – Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2020 at 10 a.m.

Legendary musician Don Felder, formerly of The Eagles, is returning to Las Vegas for a special performance on Saturday, May, 23, 2020 inside the Grand Events Center at Green Valley Ranch Resort. Tickets start at $25 plus applicable fees and go on sale Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2020 at 10 a.m.

Don Felder is renowned as a former lead guitarist of The Eagles, one of the most popular and influential rock groups of all time. The band’s record-setting compilation Their Greatest Hits (1971-1975) sold over 29 million copies in the U.S. alone and was awarded by the RIAA the top-selling album of the 20th Century. Currently, Don and the Eagles have sold more than 83.5 million albums. A member of The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame since 1998, Felder served as a member of The Eagles for 27 years, putting his mark on numerous Eagles milestones. Felder originated the music and co-wrote The Eaglesʼ biggest hit – the iconic, Grammy-studded smash “Hotel California” – along with fan favorites like “Victim of Love” and “Those Shoes”. He became immediately celebrated for his lyrical, signature guitar work on legendary songs like “Hotel California,” “One of These Nights,” “New Kid In Town,” and numerous more. “Hotel California” was recently voted the Number 1 best 12 string guitar song in the world by Guitar World magazine.

Since leaving The Eagles in 2001, Felder has forged an impressive career as a top-tier solo artist, having placed the hard-driving “Heavy Metal (Takin’ a Ride)” in the pole position of the same-named 1981 animated film (a song that remains one of the most requested staples of his live set to this very day), along with a pair of fully realized full-length albums, 1983’s sonically soaring Airborne, 2012’s multifaceted song-cycle treatise, Road to Forever and 2019’s American Rock ’N’ Roll.

Tickets for Don Felder, formerly of The Eagles, are $25, $35, $45 and $55 plus applicable fees for reserved seating. VIP packages featuring a premium ticket and post-show meet and greet are available for $155 plus applicable fees. Doors open at 7 p.m. and guests must be 18 years or older. Tickets can be purchased at any Station Casinos Reward Center and The Fiestas, by logging onto www.stationcasinoslive.com or through Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000 or www.ticketmaster.com.

A signed guitar will be raffled off by Rock To The Rescue during each night of “Styx & Don Felder: Renegades In The Fast Lane” to benefit Las Vegas-based nonprofit Positively Arts Foundation

Rock to the Rescue, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization founded by rock bands Styx and REO Speedwagon, partners with Las Vegas charity Positively Arts Foundation (PAF) to donate guitar raffle funds during Styx and Don Felder’s five-night run at The Venetian Theatre. Each night, Rock to the Rescue will raffle off an Epiphone Les Paul Junior guitar signed by members of the band as well as Don Felder. The remaining proceeds will be donated to Rock to the Rescue, a nonprofit that builds strong, healthy communities through the support of grassroots causes across the country.

To enter the raffle, attendees must purchase a commemorative guitar pick for $10 from the Rock to the Rescue booth located on the Parterre level of the Venetian Theatre or from a Positively Arts Foundation volunteer prior to the start of the show. At the end of each show, a guitar pick will be drawn and one lucky winner will get to take home an invaluable piece of history.

“We are so happy to be able to help the Las Vegas community while performing with our good friend Don Felder,” said Tommy Shaw. “By teaming up with the Positively Arts Foundation we get to share our passion and love for the music industry and help support music education.”

Legendary guitarist and performer, and former member of The Eagles, Don Felder, to perform at the Pearl inside Palms Casino Resort on October 20, 2012 at 8 p.m. Tickets start at $34, plus any additional service fees.

Felder is most known as the former lead guitarist of The Eagles, one of the most popular and influential rock groups of our time. The band’s record-setting compilation Their Greatest Hits (1971-1975) sold more than 29 million copies in the U.S. alone and was awarded by the RIAA the top-selling album of the 20th Century. A member of The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame since 1998, Felder served as a key member of The Eagles for 27 years, putting his mark on numerous Eagles milestones. Felder originated and co-wrote The Eagles’ biggest hit – the iconic, Grammy-studded smash “Hotel California” – along with fan favorites like “Victim of Love” and “Those Shoes.” He became immediately celebrated for his lyrical, signature guitar work on legendary songs like “Life in the Fast Lane,” “One of These Nights,” “New Kid In Town,” and numerous more.

After leaving the group in 2001, Felder also became a New York Times bestselling author when his riveting confessional memoir Heaven and Hell: My Life in The Eagles proved a major commercial triumph upon publication in 2008.

Growing up in the Gainesville, FL local music scene, Don Felder would incongruously encounter a number of the greatest talents that would go on to change rock and roll history. In high school, he formed a band with a young Stephen Stills; Felder also gave guitar lessons to a teenaged Tom Petty at the local music store, and The Allman Brothers were also local pals.

Florida is also where a young Felder would first meet Bernie Leadon, a founding member of The Eagles who would be instrumental in bringing his childhood friend into the band. In fact, it was Leadon who encouraged him to come out to Los Angeles, where Felder found himself working both with The Eagles and in both sessions and live performances for numerous music legends spanning the musical spectrum: The Bee Gees, Bob Seger, Michael Jackson, Alice Cooper, Kenny Loggins, David Crosby, Graham Nash, Boz Scaggs, Warren Zevon, Joni Mitchell, Stevie Nicks, Vince Gill, Stevie Wonder, Elton John, Paul Simon, Diana Ross, Barbra Streisand – and even and old friend, Steven Stills.

Putting all the tumult and glory he’d experienced to that point into perspective gave new urgency to the creation of Road to Forever – only Felder’s second solo effort in a storied, four-decade-plus sojourn through rock history. Road to Forever represents the culmination of a personal journey of introspection that Felder began over ten years ago. In 2001, he suffered an emotionally-devastating double blow – separating acrimoniously from The Eagles for the last time while facing the end of his first marriage, which had lasted 29 years and produced four children. To heal, Felder began writing down as many memories as he could, putting his past in perspective. Finding these musings compelling, Felder was inspired to write a book. That introspection inspired him to write out the stories of his life as songs.

Doors at the Pearl will open at 7 p.m. and show time is 8 p.m. The Pearl Box Office is open daily from noon until 7 p.m. with extended hours on select event days. The Pearl is now on Twitter. Follow @PearlatPalms for concert announcements and event information.
