About Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas

Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas, the brand’s third location, boasts three levels spanning over 80,000 square feet and is one of the largest performance venues of its class in America. Early on, People Magazine projected the venue as “on the fast path to being Vegas’ über cool place” and in 2015 cracked the top 20 in Pollstar’s Top 200 Club Venues for Worldwide Ticket Sales. Located on The LINQ Promenade, the open-air district in the center of the Las Vegas Strip, the multi-dimensional space boasts 32 lanes of bowling, six on-site bars and rockin’ comfort food by the world-renowned Bromberg Brothers’ Blue Ribbon Restaurants, including their iconic Fried Chicken celebrated on Food Network’s “The Best Thing I Ever Ate.” On any given night, more than 2,000 concertgoers can enjoy live music programming from the general admission area, the luxurious bowlers’ lounges adjacent to the lanes, or the private lounge boxes overlooking it all. Since opening in March 2014, Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas has seen notable performances by Jack White, Disclosure, Alabama Shakes, Modest Mouse, Robert Plant, The Smashing Pumpkins, The Roots and Jane’s Addiction.

jim jefferies

Jefferies is the creator and star of “Legit,” an original comedy series, which returns to FXX for a second season on Jan. 8. In “Legit,” Jefferies portrays a heightened version of himself as a comedian from Australia who realizes there’s more to life (and his career) than the rock and roll lifestyle of stand-up comedy. Prior to “Legit,” Jefferies appeared on numerous TV shows in England including Channel 4’s “The History of Offensive Humor,” BBC1’s “Heaven and Earth,” and ITV2’s “Comedy Cults.” U.S. audiences got their first taste of Jefferies when he appeared on HBO’s “Down and Dirty with Jim Norton,” which in turn lead to his critically acclaimed and international hit, one-hour HBO special, “I Swear to God.” He followed that up with a Showtime special titled “Alchoholocaust” and “Fully Functional” on the EPIX network.

Starting out as two devoted disciples of earlier soul greats, Daryl Hall & John Oates are soul survivors in their own right. They have become such musical influences on some of today’s popular artists that the September 2006 cover of Spin magazine’s headline read, “Why Hall and Oates are the New Velvet Underground.” Their artistic fan base includes Rob Thomas, John Mayer, Brandon Flowers of The Killers, Ben Gibbard of Death Cab For Cutie and Gym Class Heroes who dubbed their tour “Daryl Hall for President Tour 2007.” One of the most sampled artists today, their impact can be heard everywhere from boy band harmonies, to neo-soul, to rap-rock fusion and more.

Tickets start at $39.50                                                                                                                                                                                   On sale now
The Monster Energy Rock Allegiance Tour featuring Volbeat, HIM, All That Remains & Airbourne stops at The Joint. This year marks the third installment for Monster Energy Rock Allegiance; the event launched as a traveling tour back in 2011. In 2012, it became a “destination festival” in Hershey, Pa. that featured Stone Temple Pilots, Three Days Grace, Seether, Buckcherry, Fuel, Daughtry and more, commandeering Hersheypark Stadium over the Labor Day Weekend. This year, the fest returns to the road and brings American audiences the very best that rock music as a whole has to offer, with a decidedly international feel.

Danish superstars Volbeat will share the stage with HIM, a cult favorite from Finland whose fans are disciple-like in their devotion. All That Remains have scratched and clawed their way out of Massachusetts and rocketed up the radio charts over the past half-decade, all the while keeping a firm foothold in the hard rock scene. Airbourne have been making a name for themselves ever since emerging from Australia, armed with plenty of riffs and just as much attitude.

Pet Shop Boys returned in triumphant form on July 16, 2013 with the release of its new studio album Electric, the first to appear on its own label x2 (via Kobalt Label Services). Electric features nine tracks in total – eight brand new Pet Shop Boys’ songs plus a cover of Bruce Springsteen’s “Last to Die.” The result is as uncompromising a collection of dance anthems as Pet Shop Boys have ever made.

Pet Shop Boys said, “Electric is very much set on the dance floor. Our latest album often evolves as a response to our previous album and, where as Elysium had a reflective mood, Electric is pretty banging! And working with Stuart Price on a studio album is something we have wanted to do for a very long time.”

High Voltage instantly captivates the audience sonically and visually with a thundering guitar riff characteristic of one of the many rock anthems that have solidified AC/DC as one of the top 5 highest selling bands of all time. Non stop energy! High Voltage delivers hit after hit leaving the fans gasping for air. Performing all of AC/DC’s top charting songs and utilizing two distinct singers to contrast the styles of the late Bon Scott and the current Brian Johnson, High Voltage sets the stage and delivers spectacularly in replica costumes and with replica and signature instruments as well as audio and visual effects.

It seems Danny Count Koker has the Midas touch when everything he touches turning to gold. The truth is that Danny and his wife Korie work very hard at everything they do and that is what brings them their success. Whether you’re wetting your whistle and listening to awesome live music at Counts Vamp’d, getting your chopper restored at Counts Kustoms, some new ink at Counts Tattoo Company, or watching Counting Cars on the History Channel, you can always Count on a good time and getting your moneys worth.
Counts Kustoms
Count’s Kustoms is a licensed dealer of kustom choppers and hot rods. We are your one-stop shop for in-house paint, upholstery, frame-up builds and service. Our custom hot rods and choppers exceed expectation with creativity and die-hard quality, not to mention incredible handling and rideability. Metal on metal, mild to wild, the Count’s Kustoms builders take great pride and care into every one of the kustom bikes and hot rods fabricated in our shop. Using only professional-grade parts in the industry, we forge our vehicles to fit the particular tastes of our customers, and then some. With razor-sharp attention to detail, from the bodywork to the final paint fit and finish, every custom embodies individuality and forward thinking, with a nod to the retro.
Count’s Kustoms has been gaining media attention in the last 5 years, having appeared on high-profile television shows such as MTV, VH-1, Discovery Channel, and most recently, History Channel’s Pawn Stars, as their resident auto expert.
2012 marks an incredible year for Danny “The Count” Koker and his team as he promises to make “this year Count.” We can only imagine the best is yet to come.

Counting Cars
Most people in Las Vegas bet with chips, but Danny “The Count” Koker bets with cars. Known from his numerous appearances on Pawn Stars, this Sin City legend walks, talks and breathes classic American muscle cars. When he sees a car he wants, he will do whatever it takes to get his hands on it—including making on-the-spot cash offers to unsuspecting owners. On the HISTORY series Counting Cars, Danny and his team restore, customize and sell cars in a hurry, scrambling to keep their Las Vegas shop in the black. From vintage Thunderbirds to classic Corvettes, toy cars to souped-up sidecar motorcycles, Danny and the crew of Count’s Kustoms will stop at nothing to find and flip the greatest rides of all time.
