Buddy V’s Ristorante brings Italian flair and flavor to Three Square Food Bank’s popular Las Vegas Restaurant Week, supporting this important citywide initiative for the sixth time since opening. From June 17 – July 5, foodies can dine at Buddy V’s Ristorante and know they are supporting a great cause. Menu items featuring owner Buddy Valastro’s heirloom family recipes and delectable desserts will make diners feel at home.
LUNCH:
ANTIPASTO (choice of):
Tomato & Basil Soup – grana padano, focaccia croutons
Caesar Salad – polenta croutons, parmesan, classic dressing
MAIN COURSE (choice of):
Spaghetti & Meatballs – veal, beef, pork, pomodoro
Chicken Parm – oven-baked, provolone, mozzarella, spaghetti marinara
Grilled Salmon – mediterranean chickpea & artichoke salad, roasted tomato vinaigrette, balsamic

Las Vegas Restaurant Week takes place Monday, June 17 – Friday, June 28, with participating restaurants offering prix-fixe menus at price points ranging from $20 to $80. A fixed portion of each meal’s cost will benefit Three Square, and 100 percent of all proceeds collected will support the nonprofit’s mission of providing meals to more than 271,000 food insecure residents in Southern Nevada. This year marks the 13th installment of Las Vegas Restaurant Week. In 2018, the event raised more than $230,000, a record-breaking amount, providing more than 690,000 meals to those in need. Cheers to ‘Dim Sum & Drink Sum’ Now Available at Mott 32 at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas

Hong Kong’s Mott 32 at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas has introduced its new menu, Dim Sum & Drink Sum. The menu features a fixed selection of dim sum, cocktails and wine from 5-7 p.m. and 9-11 p.m. daily inside the restaurant’s bar & lounge. Guests are also invited to enjoy Mott 32’s beverage menu exclusively from 4-5 p.m.
Named “one of the most anticipated new U.S. restaurants to open in 2019” by Vogue magazine, Mott 32 elevates its dining experience with the introduction of its Dim Sum & Drink Sum menu. Featured items include a variety of dim sum starters such as the shredded Peking duck mushroom spring rolls, priced at $9; the Iberico pork Shanghainese soup dumplings, priced at $8; and crispy squid with baby corn, priced at $8. Available cocktails include the “Five O’Clock in Hong Kong”, and “Mott St. Mint Julep” each priced at $9.
