GET SHUCKED AT P.J. CLARKE’S
OYSTER RIOT HAPPY HOUR SERVED FRESH BY MASTER SHUCKERS

$1 Oysters and Two-for-One Drinks at P.J. Clarke’s Inside The Forum Shops at Caesars

Aw shucks…the world truly is your oyster at P.J. Clarke’s during its Oyster Riot Happy Hour. Featuring an array of fresh $1 oysters, the chef’s choice may include selections of Evening Cove, Gold Creek, Hama Hama and Penn Cove Selects from Washington, the Naked Cowboy and the Nootka oyster straight from British Columbia. Served fresh every Sunday through Friday from quarter to 3 p.m. – 6 p.m., the Oyster Riot also includes two-for-one drinks! “Most people think that only big, brawny fisherman know how to shuck oysters,” reveals master shucker Daniel Veliz. “The key to shucking an oyster isn’t strength, it’s style and we’ve got plenty of style at P.J. Clarke’s.”

“We’ve got the best raw bar in Las Vegas since 2011,” jokes Phil Scotti, P.J. Clarke’s owner. “Not only do we get and serve the best oysters in town, we also have amazing cherrystone and littleneck clams on the half shell, a fantastic shrimp cocktail and a Maine lobster cocktail that you’ll definitely want to write home about. In addition, we have master shuckers – they bring deft skill and big personality to the table. We want people to not only get a great deal, but have a good time doing it.”

Even better, to ensure that the oysters and all seafood served at P.J. Clarke’s are the most fresh and flavorful, the restaurant participates in the Safe Harbor Certified Seafood program. The Safe Harbor program independently tests and certifies the ultimate in quality and safety in seafood and exceeds the FDA standards and requirements.

A true American saloon and restaurant, P.J. Clarke’s is located inside The Forum Shops at Caesars, near the base of the spiral escalator. Easy access is available from the Las Vegas Boulevard entrance. With a 128-year East Coast history, and long list of legendary “regulars” like Frank Sinatra, Buddy Holly, and Jackie Onassis, P.J. Clarke’s is a hassle-free place where everyone is treated like old pals. When you come to P.J. Clarke’s expect juicy prime steaks, superior seafood, and burgers that have already been named “best” in Las Vegas.
