New York-Style Theatrical Holiday Show
“Believe in the Magic” returns for its second year in a row, this time with a fresh new storyline. Guests are invited to experience the live, complimentary New York-style theatrical holiday show in the Great Hall at Fashion Show. Kicking off on Black Friday (Nov. 23), guests will be able to get into the holiday spirit as “Believe in the Magic” transforms the heart of this shopping destination into a one-of-a-kind experience the entire family will enjoy. Following every show, guests are invited to parade with characters to Santa’s Photo Experience, while singing carols – allowing for the ultimate holiday affair. This special holiday show will perform every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday through the holiday season with an additional day of shows on Christmas Eve (Nov. 23, 24, 25, 30; Dec. 1-2, 7-9, 14-16 and 21-24), available at noon, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm each day.

Santa’s Photo Experience
Revel in the magic of the holiday season at Fashion Show’s holiday Santa experience. Located near Neiman Marcus, guests will be able to visit with the Father of Christmas himself, and enjoy a variety of light-up holiday experiences from Santa’s interactive throne, touchscreen control, oversized neon lights and picturesque light up Christmas trees ranging from 12 feet to 30 feet high. Guests will be wowed by the elaborately decorated trees, music and more. In addition, families are welcome to get their picture taken with Santa himself, available starting on November 16 through Christmas Eve (Dec. 24).

‘Santagram’ Holographic Window Display
Come one, come all to the all-new hologram holiday experience, “Twas the Light Before Christmas.” Created by London-based experiential agency Cinimod Studio, known for its Hologram for Pink Floyd and Ralph Lauren 50thAnniversary Reflection, the Santa-inspired holographic display will debut for the first time within the United States inside Fashion Show – just in time for the holidays. Located on the upper level across from Dick’s Sporting Goods, guests will be treated to an enchanting and wonderfully modern twist on the traditionalism and magic of Santa Claus. Family and friends will be immersed into the unique experience featuring an inside look at Santa Claus delivering presents across the night vista via a holographic display created by Cinimod’s in-house specialist hologram creation team. Guests will be thrilled by Santa’s warm and colorful interactions and entertaining antics, making a holiday holographic experience to remember. This exclusive experience will be available starting on November 22 through January 10, 2019.

Sixth Annual style with a cause Benefits CASA

 

Sixth Annual “style with a cause” Empowers and Inspires Women While Raising Funds to Benefit Court Appointed Special Advocates

 

 More than 200 fashion-forward guests filled The Gramercy Residences for the sixth annual style with a cause (SWAC) benefiting the Court Appointed Special Advocate’s (CASA) programs that help identify and fund the individual needs of abused and neglected children in foster care in Clark County.

The evening kicked off with a cocktail reception featuring tasty bites provided by Pinches Tacos, DW Bistro, Kitchen Table Squared, and cocktails by Tito’s Handmade Vodka. During the reception, guests enjoyed interactive activations, including organization classes hosted by Melanie Walker and the Neat Method team, dry stylings by Vent Blotique, a temporary tattoo parlor, psychic and spiritual readings provided by Dallisa Hocking and her spiritual tribe of Spirit & Spark, and an art wall where guests were invited to write down what empowers them.

Host and SWAC Founder Jenna Doughton welcomed everyone as they took their seats for a fashion show featuring the latest fall trends presented by Saks Fifth Avenue. Attendees also followed the journey of this year’s beauty transformation recipient, Verise Campbell from CASA, as footage was shown of her makeover. Her final look was then unveiled as she walked down the runway revealing the transformation provided by Tadashi, Kelly Cardenas Salon, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Kendra Scott.

To continue the empowerment of the evening, three local unsung “sheroes” were then surprised as they were honored for their outstanding commitment to bettering the community.

Stance Set to Open Retail Location at Fashion Show Las Vegas on July 27

The new retail location invites shopper to uncover its uncommon line of elevated basics

 

Stance, the brand known for turning socks into a statement piece, today announced that it will open the doors of its newest retail location at Fashion Show Las Vegas on Friday, July 27. Located on the first level near Saks Fifth Avenue, the store is just the eighth store for the brand, and only its third location in the western United States.

The store opens shortly after Stance launched its first t-shirt collection, solidifying its position as an elevated dual-gender basics brand with extensive collections of casual and performance socks, men’s underwear and women’s intimates, and t-shirts. The fourth annual style with a cause event inspiring women through fashion and beauty takes flight on the runway at the Great Hall inside Fashion Show  in fabulous Las Vegas Wednesday, September 7th from 5:30-8:30 p.m. Rachel Smith from Fox 5  will lead guests through a fun-filled night of friends, beauty bars by Sephora , a fall fashion show presented by Saks Fifth Avenue, a real life beauty transformation and the recognition of unsung heroes from the Las Vegas community.

Created by Las Vegas fashion stylist Jenna Doughton , style with a cause will support Project 150 , a 501c3 organization that is dedicated to helping the more than 2,500 homeless, displaced, and disadvantaged high school students in our community obtain food, clothing, school supplies, hygiene products and support they need to continue high school, graduate and have the resources necessary to grow and thrive.  Doughton is providing continued support through clothing drives with local fashionistas to supply “Betty’s Boutique,” Project 150’s clothing boutique the high school students get to shop before school starts, Christmas and milestone moments in their lives such as prom night. Doughton will also be choosing one program recipient at the end of the school year to intern for style with a cause to provide valuable work experience in the retail, event and marketing worlds.

“I can’t imagine having to figure out how I was going to turn in my next homework assignment without having any of the resources to do the assignment or the knowledge of where I was going to sleep or get my next meal. Add that to all of the other problems that go along with being in high school and trying to figure out how you fit into this world. I’m thrilled to be able to be part of the team that is helping these high school students realize that they are enough, they are worthy of success and they matter,” says Doughton.

JERSEY BOYS took their moves from the stage to the runway in an interactive fashion event to benefit HELP of Southern Nevada. Hosted by KLAS-TV news anchor Dayna Roselli, the event consisted of a clothing drive, fashion show, prize raffle and exclusive meet and greet with JERSEY BOYS cast members.

 

Cast members from JERSEY BOYS modeled the latest looks from Banana Republic’s “Mad Men” collection on the runway. Following the fashion show, the cast was available for a exclusive meet and greet for participants of the clothing drive. Guests had the opportunity to meet, take photographs and receive autographs from cast members.

More than 15 amazing prizes were given away, including the Grand Prize package of two Orchestra tickets to JERSEY BOYS, a one-night stay at The Palazzo Resort-Hotel-Casino and dinner for two.

JERSEY BOYS will take their moves from the stage to the runway in an interactive fashion show event to benefit HELP of Southern Nevada on Sunday, October 2 on the runway at Fashion Show. The event will consist of a clothing drive, fashion show, prize raffle and exclusive meet and greet with JERSEY BOYS cast members. Emceed by KLAS-TV news anchor Dayna Roselli, the event kicks off at 2 p.m. with a retro-inspired fashion show followed by the meet and greet with cast members.  The afternoon with JERSEY BOYSwill conclude at 4 p.m. with a raffle of exciting prizes. Clothing drive donations will be accepted beginning at noon.  

“We are pleased to partner with HELP of Southern Nevada and Fashion Show for this event,” says JERSEY BOYS Producer Michael David. “JERSEY BOYS has gratefully been embraced by the Las Vegas community over the past three and a half years and this event is but one small way for us to give back to those in need.”

Guests can bring new or gently used clothing donations to the event to benefit HELP of Southern Nevada’s “Career Closet” and HELP’s Shannon West Youth Center. Donations for professional clothing including suits, dress pants, shirts and dress shoes for both men and women will be kindly accepted.  Warm clothing donations for youth ages 16 – 21 including jackets, sweaters, hooded sweatshirts and socks are also encouraged and accepted.  

“This event is coming at a critical time for HELP of Southern Nevada,” says Abby Quinn, community outreach manager of HELP of Southern Nevada. “As the colder months are approaching, we have a much greater need for warm clothing for the youth. We also have hundreds of clients who are currently looking for work and having nice, professional clothing helps them to put their best foot forward.” 

For every appropriate item donated, guests will receive one raffle ticket for a chance to win exciting prizes. There will not be a limit on the donations accepted; however raffle tickets will be limited at five per guest.  Donations must be received by 3:45 p.m. to receive a raffle ticket. More than 15 amazing prizes will be given away, including the Grand Prize package of two Orchestra tickets to JERSEY BOYS, a one-night stay at The Palazzo Resort-Hotel-Casino and dinner for two. Other prizes include an additional ten pair of JERSEY BOYS tickets and restaurant and retailer gift certificates from Fashion Show, The Shoppes at the Palazzo and The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian. Winners must be present to win.
