The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas Welcomes Dierks Bentley For Weekend Run at The Chelsea, Feb. 14 & 15

DIERKS BENTLEY TAKES BURNING MAN TOUR TO LAS VEGAS FOR WEEKEND RUN AT THE COSMOPOLITAN OF LAS VEGAS FEB. 14 AND FEB. 15

Tickets for Both Back-to-Back Nights with Special Guest Caylee Hammack on Sale this Friday, Nov. 8

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas announced today that current three-time CMA nominee Dierks Bentley will bring his BURNING MAN TOUR to The Chelsea for one weekend only on Feb. 14 and 15, 2020. Known for his genuine performance and full-throttle production, the seasoned-entertainer will deliver his authentic set during two back-to-back nights with special guest Caylee Hammack.

Pegged as “one of Country music’s most enviable brands, equal parts affability and authenticity” (Forbes), Bentley continues to be a dominant voice for the genre with over 6.4 billion overall digital streams. Reaching a new creative high while “making music designed to challenge” (New York Times), Bentley co-wrote 10 of 13 tracks on THE MOUNTAIN, which earned him the highest debut sales of his career and became his seventh chart-topping album. Bentley has amassed countless nominations from the ACMs, CMAs, Billboard Music Awards, and GRAMMYs while being currently nominated for CMA “Male Vocalist of the Year,” “Single of the Year” and “Music Video of the Year.” He has created professional endeavors outside of the music industry by not only creating his Desert Sun lifestyle collection but also four “Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row” locations across the country as well. For more information visit www.dierks.com.

Caylee Hammack constantly felt like a self-described “hippie in a hillbilly town” in her tiny hometown of Ellaville, Georgia. Hammack is indeed refreshingly different. And at only 25, she has already packed a full life into just a few years, using fake IDs to get gigs around South Georgia, turning down a college scholarship for a love that burned out, sleeping in her car when she arrived in Nashville and then losing her home in an electrical fire. Her self-penned songs tug on her own life story – bad decisions, broken hearts, a quirky family lineage. Hammack’s current Top 40 breakout single “Family Tree,” co-written/co-produced by Hammack was the most-added single at Country radio by a female artist in over three years. Hammack continues to bring her firebrand live set to upcoming opening slots for Eric Church following time on the road with Miranda LambertBrothers Osborne and Bently. For additional information, visit www.cayleehammack.com.

Tickets go on sale Friday, Nov. 8 at 10:00 a.m. and are available online at www.cosmopolitanlasvegas.com or through Ticketmaster at 800.745.3000. Tickets start at $39 plus applicable taxes and fees; reserved seating starts at $79 plus applicable taxes and fees.

Dierks Bentley’s 17th #1 Leads to THE MOUNTAIN

DIERKS BENTLEY’S “WOMAN, AMEN” MARKS 17TH CAREER NO. ONE
WHILE THE MOUNTAIN CONTINUES TO CLIMB WITH CRITICAL PRAISE OF
“THE MOST COHESIVE COLLECTION OF HIS CAREER”

Bentley to Share New Music This Week on TODAY’s Summer Concert Series,
The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, CBS This Morning,
iHeartCountry Album Release Party and Pandora’s Up Close

Multi-PLATINUM singer/songwriter Dierks Bentley earns his 17th career No. One single with “Woman, Amen” today as its grateful message and anthemic chorus tops the Billboard Country Airplay and Mediabase/Country Aircheck singles charts this week. The lead single from his just-released ninth studio album THE MOUNTAIN, the track “hits Bentley’s sweet spot: a big, contemporary-sounding radio hit that carries a deeper message” (Washington Post) while serving as a “shimmering song of devotion,” (Billboard).

“Making THE MOUNTAIN with my fellow songwriters and musicians was such a creatively inspiring journey and it’s been so gratifying to share the culmination of that effort with the fans in the last few days,” said Bentley. “To see people genuinely connecting with the music in the way they have is the ultimate reward. Thank you to my collaborators and thank you to the fans for opening their hearts to this album. I love that these songs are making good traveling companions.”

As Bentley’s momentum rolls with THE MOUNTAIN, critics continue to praise “the introspective new album,” (The Tennessean).
“Marks one of the most joyful, brazen, and cohesive collections of his career.” – Entertainment Weekly

“The best representation of all his skills, from being a true fan of acoustic instruments like the mandolin and banjo, to raising a glass to his partying crowds and delivering arena-sized anthems.” – Associated Press

“Echoes the inspiring majesty of the Rockies. The Mumford & Sons-esque ‘Woman, Amen’ abounds with energy, while Brothers Osborne add flair to the rollicking ‘Burning Man.’ The simmering title-track and the rootsy, jubilant standout ‘Travelin’ Light’ exude organic authenticity.” – PEOPLE Magazine

“Bentley moves so effortlessly between radio-friendly country, bluegrass and rock on his new album that his skill becomes impressive and his serenity becomes contagious. Bentley seems unflappable as he tackles a variety of styles and topics, from the seductive ‘Nothing on But the Stars’ to the good-natured breakup in ‘Goodbye in Telluride.'” – Newsday

“Grapples with the low points of everyday existence, even when it’s conjuring mental images of the sun-bleached bacchanalia Burning Man. It’s full of gratitude for the past while reminding listeners that final moments can trigger new beginnings.” – Rolling Stone

“THE MOUNTAIN is a bit heavier, more contemplative and — surprise — completely devoid of ditties. Yet it is not without its joyful moments, and a positive spirit imbues the tracks.” – Billboard

After closing out last night’s stadium set at CMA Music Festival, Bentley heads to TODAY’s Summer Concert Series tomorrow (6/12 at 7:00A ET/CT on NBC), The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday (6/13 at 10:35P CT on NBC) and takes CBS correspondent Jan Crawford back to the studio in Colorado for CBS This Morning on Thursday (6/14 on CBS at 7:00A CT). Exclusive fan performances this week also continue with an iHeartCountry Album Release Party (6/12 at 9P CT via iHeartCountry’s YouTube) and at Pandora’s Up Close concert experience, both in NYC.

Reaching a new creative high, Bentley co-wrote 10 of the album’s 13 new tracks that are unified by themes of presence and positivity, and range in style from textured rock to acoustic folk, feeling both rooted and expansive at the same time. The Arizona native has amassed more than one billion digital streams, countless additional nominations from the ACM, CMA and Billboard Music Awards while earning 13 GRAMMY nominations – including at least one stemming from each of his last six albums. Bentley will continue to bring an “energy-packed atmosphere” (Washington Post) to venues and amphitheaters on his 2018 MOUNTAIN HIGH TOUR throughout the summer. Live From The Ryman Auditorium

Ahead of the release of THE MOUNTAIN this Friday (6/08), award-winning entertainer Dierks Bentley will continue to unveil new music with performances off the album on national television and first-listen fan events. Tonight, Bentley will debut “Burning Man” (featuring Brothers Osborne) that critics have called a “hard-charging rocker” and his “most affecting song” (Rolling Stone) on the CMT Music Awards (6/06 at 7P CT on CMT). For the eve of his ninth studio album’s release, Bentley will host a rare one-night-only show (6/07) at the historic Ryman Auditorium showcasing all thirteen tracks, while fans across the country will be able to tune-in on SiriusXM The Highway (Channel 56).

This weekend, Bentley will continue on his 2018 MOUNTAIN HIGH TOUR with an extra stop to meet fans at Vinyl Renaissance (7932 Santa Fe Dr Overland Park, KS 66204) before his stadium set on Sunday for CMA Music Festival. Bentley will also perform on TODAY’s Summer Concert Series (6/12 at 7:00A ET/CT on NBC) and The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon (6/13 at 10:35P CT on NBC). Exclusive fan performances also continue with an iHeartCountry Album Release Party  (6/12 at 9P CT via iHeartCountry’s YouTube) and at Pandora’s Up Close concert experience, both in NYC.

As THE MOUNTAIN “demonstrates his prowess and melds Bentley’s inviting voice with elements of bluegrass” (Kansas City Star), early reviews have critics clinging to the “earthen and majestic” (Entertainment Weekly) album and its “textures of mandolin, banjo, fiddle and flatpicked guitar,” (NPR).

“The best representation of all his skills, from being a true fan of acoustic instruments like the mandolin and banjo, to raising a glass to his partying crowds and delivering arena-sized anthems.” – Associated Press

“Firm footed reflection on home, self and purpose in middle adulthood. Bentley has crafted a Country gem here.” – Asbury Park Press

“The result is a project informed by the weight of 2017 but filled with gratitude for life and what lies ahead. Sonically, it’s a compelling marriage of contemporary and bluegrass sounds.” – The Tennessean

“Putting together 13 relentlessly happy, hopeful songs runs the risk of coming across as pollyannish. But in Bentley’s songwriting and voice, it is an outlook that is born of self awareness, contentment and connection.” – Lexington Herald Leader

Bentley has built a reputation as both a forever-young drifter and a dedicated family man, put in millions of miles on headlining tours and taken the fearless stylistic detours of a truly authentic artist. He continues that journey with his highly anticipated ninth studio album, THE MOUNTAIN (Capitol Records Nashville). Reaching a new creative high, Bentley co-wrote 10 of the 13 new tracks that are unified by themes of presence and positivity, and range in style from textured rock to acoustic folk, feeling both rooted and expansive at the same time. The Arizona native has scored 17 No. Ones and 13 GRAMMY nominations – including at least one stemming from each of his last six albums. Multi-PLATINUM selling singer/songwriter Dierks Bentley has built a reputation as both a forever-young drifter and a dedicated family man, put in millions of miles on headlining tours and taken the fearless stylistic detours of a truly authentic artist. He continues that journey with his highly anticipated ninth studio album, THE MOUNTAIN (Capitol Records Nashville), set for release June 8th. Reaching a new creative high, Bentley co-wrote 10 of the 13 new tracks that are unified by themes of presence and positivity, and range in style from textured rock to acoustic folk, feeling both rooted and expansive at the same time.

THE MOUNTAIN’s story begins in the Rocky Mountain resort town of Telluride, Colorado, which every summer plays host to a celebrated bluegrass festival. Owing to his well-documented love of the genre, Bentley has attended the festival multiple times over the years, always making a point to slow down and tune back in to the world around him. But after performing on the festival’s main stage in 2017, the idyllic surroundings became more than a much-needed getaway.

“I found myself there, constantly reaching for my guitar,” Bentley said. “It was like a gravitational pull. That town and those people just make you want to be creative, I couldn’t describe it. I was like ‘How do I tell everyone in Nashville this is what I want to write about?’ I realized I couldn’t bring it back, so I had to take everyone out there.”

Returning that August with six of his most trusted songwriting collaborators, Bentley and his fellow ‘Telluwriters’ all bunked up in a small house, explored the area and dug deep into the peaceful, reflective vibes he was feeling. They had five days to work with and were hoping to write eight songs…but ended up with nearly twice that number, forming the core of the record. Bentley returned to Telluride with his production team Ross Copperman, Jon Randall Stewart and Arturo Buenahora Jr to a tucked-away hideout called Studio in the Clouds last November to record. Perched high on a mesa, its tracking room overlooking the endless Rocky Mountain landscape, THE MOUNTAIN rose up in earnest.

“For me it’s the best of both worlds, and it feels like something new. It’s powerful but also happy, with acoustic sensibility mixed in with the big sounds I like to have for the road,” Bentley added. “They are the songs I’d play for somebody to say, ‘This is who I am right now.’”

THE MOUNTAIN Track Listing:

1. Burning Man (Feat. Brothers Osborne)
2. The Mountain
3. Living
4. Woman, Amen
5. You Can’t Bring Me Down
6. Nothing On But The Stars
7. Goodbye In Telluride
8. My Religion
9. One Way
10. Son Of The Sun
11. Stranger To Myself
12. Travelin’ Light (Feat. Brandi Carlile)
13. How I’m Going Out

After 15 years in Country music, the mountains Bentley has climbed could form a range of their own. To date, the Arizona native has scored 17 No. Ones and 13 GRAMMY nominations – including at least one stemming from each of his last six albums. Bentley has amassed more than one billion digital streams, countless additional nominations from the ACM, CMA and Billboard Music Awards and has been a Grand Ole Opry member for over a decade. After his 2017 tour claimed the top spot on Billboard’s Hot Tours selling over 750,000 tickets, Bentley will fuel arenas and amphitheaters throughout the summer with his 2018 MOUNTAIN HIGH TOUR, launching May 18th in Columbia, MD. “This has been such a fun thing to create and develop. I love clothes that are perfectly worn-in like you’ve had them a lifetime, but can also take the wear and tear that comes from an active lifestyle,” explained Bentley. “I’ve learned over the last few months that there’s a real art to getting that just right. The Flag & Anthem guys have been doing it at the highest level and have helped me put together a collection that I think is totally authentic to me and one that hopefully people all over the country will dig too.”

“Dierks’ lifestyle perfectly embodies our brand,” said Flag & Anthem co-founder Brad Gartman. “There is a strong synergy between his fans and our customer. We see Dierks and Desert Son as a natural integration with Flag & Anthem and look forward to a long partnership.”

The Desert Son campaign captures the essence of Bentley’s new clothing line as he traveled back to his home state of Arizona for its iconic landscapes.

Flag & Anthem is a premium quality Men’s brand started by two guys who worked in the business long enough to know something was missing. Their attention to quality, detail and fit at affordable prices sets the brand apart from the rest. The collection features casual button-downs, elevated knitwear, signature chinos and newly launched woven shirts for women. The brand exemplifies a refined, rugged look with an authentic, vintage aesthetic.

Multi-PLATINUM entertainer Dierks Bentley is “notorious for his spectacular, high-energy live performances loaded with lots of fan interaction” (Creative Loafing) with 17 No. One hits, more than one billion digital streams, countless nominations from the ACM, CMA, GRAMMY and Billboard Music Awards and has been a Grand Ole Opry member for over a decade. Bentley “continues to challenge himself” (Billboard), which is evident through his upcoming ninth studio album, THE MOUNTAIN due out later this year. Its lead single “Woman, Amen” gives a taste of the record’s “themes of questing and self-actualization across a wide-open terrain of arid deserts and rugged ridgelines, cactus flowers and tumbleweeds,” (NPR). After his 2017 WHAT THE HELL WORLD TOUR claimed the top spot on Billboard’s Hot Tours selling over 750,000 tickets, Bentley will fuel arenas and amphitheaters throughout the summer with his 2018 MOUNTAIN HIGH TOUR, launching May 17th in Columbia, MD. For PLATINUM singer/songwriter Dierks Bentley, there was something entirely captivating about performing this past summer at the Telluride Bluegrass Festival. Surrounded by his musical heroes, deep in the box canyon of the Colorado mountain town, the course was set for the creative process of Bentley’s ninth studio album, THE MOUNTAIN (Capitol Records Nashville), which will be released in early 2018.

The writing process came together quickly when Bentley returned to Telluride a short time later for a retreat with fellow songwriters Natalie Hemby, Luke Dick, Ross Copperman, Jon Randall, Jon Nite and Ashley Gorley. The bulk of the album’s songs, including the title track were written during that week, which Bentley describes as the most inspiring creative experience he’s ever had.

“Telluride just makes you want to reach for your guitar,” described Bentley. “We all went out there and got completely off the grid…out of our normal element and the grind that happens on Music Row and it was, from the very get-go, magic. We’d wake up every morning, grab a coffee, take the gondola up, watch the sun come up over the mountains, and by 8:30 we were writing. We just wrote non-stop.”

Just two months later, Bentley returned to Telluride with his production team including producers Ross Copperman, Jon Randall, and executive producer Arturo Buenahora Jr., along with an array of musicians to record those songs in a small studio atop a mesa outside of town. Guitars, banjos, mandolins, and fiddles are given room to shine, and they’re integrated into modern drum and bass sounds that will fuel the arenas and amphitheaters of Bentley’s 2018 tour. Known for his rare ability to blend styles, Bentley once again expertly weaves ambitious, complex sounds and material, reflective of his own personal journey as a man, husband, father and performer.

“Obviously, the songs were written and recorded in the mountains. But it’s the mountain that we’re all faced with every day, and the struggle to put one foot in front of the other even when things are hard, that we all have in common. Looking back now, I think we were all searching for hope and optimism when we were writing this music.”

“Arizona-born, arena-headlining singer and songwriter Dierks Bentley has gotten along just fine in this environment by delivering rustic romps even as he allows himself room for artistic exploration,” NPR adds in anticipation of the new music. 1 to 7 p.m.: Free self-guided access to the Neon Boneyard, food trucks, cake, crafts, paper flower creation celebrating the “Day of the Dead.” Flowers will be used to decorate an altar created by artist Favela in memory of prominent sign designer Raul Rodriguez. Rodriguez designed the Flamingo sign that resides in the Boneyard and he earned national recognition for his Rose Parade float designs.

1 to 4 p.m. “Family Fiesta” event presented by artist Justin Favela in the Boneyard. “Family Fiesta” incorporates Favela’s real-life family, food, drinks and music in an unconventional outdoor setting. The public is encouraged to participate in the celebration by engaging in games, dances, music, cuisine and piñata time. In “Family Fiesta,” the event is taken out of its traditional context (a cookout in a backyard or a park) to highlight people’s expectations of a fiesta while, at the same time, dismantling notions of location and institutional inclusion.

First Listen: Dierks Bentley’s “Hold The Light” for Film ONLY THE BRAVE

DIERKS BENTLEY AND BON IVER’S S. CAREY TEAM UP FOR “HOLD THE LIGHT”
FROM UPCOMING FILM ONLY THE BRAVE SONG AVAILABLE NOW

The CMA Male Vocalist of the Year Nominee Writes and Records Song for Film
Based on Home State of Arizona’s Granite Mountain Hotshots

Columbia Pictures and Black Label Media’s Only The Brave in Theaters Nationwide October 20

The distinctive vocals of multiplatinum singer/songwriter and Arizona native Dierks Bentley resonate throughout “Hold The Light,” his first-ever song written and recorded for a motion picture. Also featuring Bon Iver’s S. Carey, “Hold the Light” is featured in Columbia Pictures and Black Label Media’s Only The Brave, in theaters nationwide October 20. The song was written by Bentley, Carey, Joe Trapanese and Jon Randall.

Bentley first took action in 2013 when he organized and hosted the Country Cares Concert in Arizona, which raised more than half a million dollars for the families of the Granite Mountain Hotshots. The new song honors and embodies the spirit of the true heroism depicted in the film and is available now at all digital retailers and streaming partners.

In composing the song, Bentley and Carey worked closely with Only the Brave composer Joe Trapanese. In the collaboration, the songwriters worked Trapanese’s film theme into the music of the song, providing a seamless transition between song and score and resulting in a song that is integral to the film itself.

“This is at the top, if not the most meaningful experience I’ve ever been a part of,” said Bentley. “It hits me harder than any other song I’ve had a chance to be a part of. Over the last couple years I’ve met and gotten to know Brendan, the sole survivor, and my mom has met with some of the guys’ families, and it’s still unfathomable to put yourself in any of their shoes. But, our goal was to create a message of hope and love. I’m honored to have been a part of it.”

Joseph Kosinski, the director of the film, added, “This story resonated deeply with Dierks from the beginning – he was one of the first to raise money to support the families of the Granite Mountain Hotshots and his commitment has been unwavering since then. The theme comes from the score and the lyrics come from the heart, so it was a natural fit for the film.

S. Carey said, “Working on this song with Joe, Dierks, and the whole crew was a true honor. My brother-in-law has been a wildlands fire fighter for the last several years so I had a somewhat personal starting point for the creative process. I’m extremely thankful to be able to honor these men, these true heroes, in the form of a song in a beautiful, powerful film.”

It’s not what stands in front of you – it’s who stands beside you. Only the Brave, based on the true story of the Granite Mountain Hotshots, is the heroic story of one unit of local firefighters that through hope, determination, sacrifice, and the drive to protect families, communities, and our country become one of the most elite firefighting teams in the country. As most of us run from danger, they run toward it – they watch over our lives, our homes, everything we hold dear, as they forge a unique brotherhood that comes into focus with one fateful fire. The film stars Josh Brolin, Miles Teller, Jeff Bridges, James Badge Dale, with Taylor Kitsch and Jennifer Connelly. Directed by Joseph Kosinski and written by Ken Nolan and Eric Warren Singer, based upon the GQ Article “No Exit” by Sean Flynn, the film is produced by Lorenzo di Bonaventura, Michael Menchel, Erik Howsam, Molly Smith, Thad Luckinbill, Trent Luckinbill, Dawn Ostroff, and Jeremy Steckler.

Current CMA “Male Vocalist of the Year” nominee Dierks Bentley has a “reputation as one of the hardest-working entertainers in country music” (Music Row) as “he sells out enormous tours, is a perennial favorite of format radio stations, and earns critical acclaim without compromising his artistic vision,” (Entertainment Weekly). With 17 No. One hits and more than one billion digital streams he “continues to take risks that pay off,” (USA Today) as his eighth studio album BLACK, has been hailed the “most fully-formed LP of his career,” (TIME). After making its debut at the No. One position on Billboard’s all-genre Top Albums Chart and Top Country Albums chart, BLACK has garnered nominations from the ACM, CMA, GRAMMY and Billboard Music Awards while earning three consecutive No. Ones; the gold-certified title track and the PLATINUM certified hits “Somewhere On A Beach” and “Different For Girls.” “The bluegrass picker, the love song singer and the stadium rocker all packaged together” (Associated Press) has been a Grand Ole Opry member for over a decade and has illustrated his depth and diversity as an artist with “ferocious live performances” (Fresno Bee) throughout his 2017 WHAT THE HELL WORLD TOUR, which claimed the top spot on Billboard’s Hot Tours selling over 750 million tickets. During a meet & greet with Sgt. Steven Mendez’ family backstage before the concert, Bentley helped Mendez surprise his two sons after being overseas for nearly a year. Following the emotional reunion, the “consummate entertainer” (The Boot) invited the family on stage during his performance of “Home,” where the capacity crowd’s “U-S-A” chants lifted the show even higher.

“I can’t begin to imagine the sacrifice of being away from your family for sometimes years,” said Bentley. “‘I love the fact that Country music fans hold our military and their families in such high regard and always jump at the chance to say thank you. It was a really cool moment in the show, and a really special thing for me to be part of.”
