Country music superstar Chase Rice to perform at Sunset Amphitheater

Friday, May 29, 2020. Doors open at 6 p.m.

Tickets on sale – Friday, March 13, 2020 at 10 a.m.

Country music superstar Chase Rice is returning to Las Vegas for a performance at the Sunset Amphitheater at Sunset Station on Friday, May 29, 2020, alongside special guest Cassadee Pope. Tickets start at $27.50 plus applicable fees and go on sale Friday, March 13, 2020 at 10 a.m.

With over 1.6 million albums sold and more than 1.1 billion total streams, plus a legion of passionate fans at his high-energy concerts across the globe, Chase Rice has established himself as a powerful force in Nashville and beyond – but he genuinely sees new release The Album Part I as the launching pad for music that says what he wants to say, how he wants to say it. With songs such as lead single “Lonely If You Are” featuring sleek rhymes over heartland six strings and keys mixed with EDM-laced drama, The Album Part I is the same gravely-voiced Chase Rice fans first fell in love with years ago – but better. Freer. Unbeholden and uninhibited, somehow capable of evoking Chris LeDoux and The Chronic, campfire singalongs and stadium anthems, all at once. The project follows his sophomore album, Lambs & Lions, released with Broken Bow Records in 2017 and featuring two-week chart-topper “Eyes On You” – Rice’s first No. 1 as an artist and the most-streamed song of his career with nearly 350 million streams and counting. Lambs & Lions followed Ignite the Night, which debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums and No. 3 on the all-genre chart, producing a pair of Top 5 hits; “Ready Set Roll” and “Gonna Wanna Tonight.” After supporting Kenny Chesney’s The Big Revival stadium tour, Rice has consistently sold out 2,500-3,000 seat venues on his own headlining tours, plus served as direct support on the Luke Bryan Farm Tour 2018. His current headlining The Pint of Anything Tour takes Rice across Europe before he hits the road with Brantley Gilbert in 2020.

Cassadee Pope is a Grammy-nominated, Platinum-certified singer-songwriter who has recently released her highly-anticipated second solo album STAGES, featuring hit singles “Take You Home,” “One More Red Light,” and “If My Heart Had A Heart.” From fronting rock band Hey Monday to winning season 3 of The Voice and releasing her #1 debut album Frame By Frame, Cassadee has effortlessly re-arranged the lines of country and pop. She has experienced tremendous success throughout her career, with her Platinum-selling single “Wasting All These Tears” being named “Breakthrough Video of the Year” at the 2014 CMT Music Awards and her #1 hit “Think of You” with Chris Young receiving a 2017 Grammy nomination for “Best Country Duo/Group.” Cassadee has toured extensively, joining legendary artists Tim McGraw and Dierks Bentley, playing London’s iconic O2 Arena during C2C: Country to Country Festival, and earning the distinction of the only country artist to perform at 2018’s Warped Tour.

Tickets for the Chase Rice and special guest Cassadee Pope are $27.50, $32.50, $37.50, $47.50 and $57.50, $58.50 and $71.50 plus applicable fees. All tickets go on sale Friday, March 13, 2020 at 10 a.m. Guests under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older. Tickets can be purchased at any Station Casinos Reward Center and The Fiestas, by logging onto www.stationcasinoslive.com or through Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000 or www.ticketmaster.com.

Artist Info: Billy Idol was an early architect of the sound, style and fury of punk rock. His lip- curling sneer and fist-pumping persona vaulted him into the mainstream as one of MTV’s first megastars, making him one of the most recognizable faces in pop music, while selling out arenas everywhere he played. He has sold 40 million albums while scoring numerous platinum albums worldwide, nine top 40 singles in the U.S. and 10 in the U.K. including “Dancing With Myself,” “White Wedding,” “Rebel Yell,” “Mony Mony,” “Eyes Without A Face,” “Flesh For Fantasy” and “Cradle Of Love.”

Idol was responsible for some of punk rock’s most memorable, literate and evocative moments, and created a pioneering new sound by bringing the spirit of ’77 to the dance floor, going on to fashion an immediately identifiable musical blueprint that integrates club-land throb, rockabilly desperation and rock ’n’ roll decadence.

More than 30 years after his groundbreaking Vital Idol compilation cemented the vibrancy of the dance-rock remix genre in the second half of the 1980s, Idol’s Revitalized collection, Vital Idol: Revitalized, features 11 brand-new remixes of Idol’s most classic and enduring hits. Lending their hands to the Revitalized proceedings are electronic dance luminaries Moby, The Crystal Method and Paul Oakenfold as well as current innovators including RAC, Tropkillaz, Shiba San, Juan Maclean and CRAY.

Idol also hosts an exclusive SiriusXM show, Billy Idol’s Live Transmission, that can be heard on SiriusXM’s 1st Wave, channel 33.For all Billy Idol information, visit BillyIdol.net.

RED ROCK RESORT

Chase Rice
Venue: Sandbar Poolside Stage
Genre: Country
Date: Friday, Oct. 25, 2019 at 7 p.m.
Ticket Prices: $20 plus tax and applicable fees for standing room only and $50 plus tax and applicable fees for VIP standing near the stage
Artist Info: Rice released his ten-song album Lambs & Lions late last year with new label partner BBR Music Group/ BMG—the follow-up to 2014’s Ignite the Night, which hit No. 1 on the country charts and reached the top five of the all-genre Billboard 200—but with Lambs & Lions, he is making a fresh start. With a new label and a renewed sense of creative purpose, he is making music that draws from multiple sources and influences, but is unified by his vision, integrity, and honesty.

The 10 songs on Lambs & Lions derive from Rice’s life and experience, triumphs and disappointments, and ultimately his determination to stand up for his convictions. Produced by Chris DeStefano, Mac MacAnally and, most surprisingly, Jacquire King (Kings of Leon, Cold War Kids), Lambs & Lions offers up sounds from the unsettling strings and horns on the title track to the spare piano and swelling choir of “Amen.” And if it took him walking out on his record company and finding a new home to get there, it also reflects the unconventional path that led him to make music in the first place.

Brantley Gilbert to Perform at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, March 28

BRANTLEY GILBERT TURNS UP THE HEAT IN 2020 WITH NEW FIRE’T UP TOUR

The Georgia Native makes a stop at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, March 28.

Brantley Gilbert’s 2020 Fire’t Up Tour with Chase Rice, Dylan Scott and Brandon Lay

Award winning country music singer and songwriter, Brantley Gilbert will take the stage at The Chelsea inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas on Saturday, March 28, 2020, as a stop on his upcoming FIRE’T UP 2020 TOUR.

Just a few short weeks before the much-anticipated Oct. 4 release of his fifth studio album Fire & Brimstone via The Valory Music Co., Gilbert, billed as an artist who “never fails to deliver” by American Songwriter, is already looking for opportunities to bring the music to his faithful BG Nation with a brand new 2020 tour. FIRE’T UP 2020 TOUR, aptly named after track one on his upcoming 15-song album (all written/co-written by Gilbert), will kick off Jan. 23 in London, Ontario and hit 34 cities across the country and Canada, before concluding May 8 in Colorado.  “Fire’t Up” from forthcoming Fire & Brimstone available HERE.

Gilbert – who identifies as a songwriter first – has invited fellow singer/songwriters to join as tour special guests: Chase Rice who The New York Times praises for his “prime power country” style, known for hits “Eyes On You” and “Lonely If You Are”; Louisiana-native, country singer/songwriter Dylan Scott, whose hits include “My Girl” and “Hooked,” and current single, “Nothing To Do Town”; and a man Rolling Stone calls “a country-rock version of Bruce Springsteen” after last year’s opening slot on Kenny Chesney’s Trip Around The Sun Tour, EMI recording artist Brandon Lay. Scott and Lay will take the stage with Gilbert at the March 28 show in Las Vegas.

“I truly feel like we’re at the point that we can let the music take us where it is meant to go, so with every new album we like to change up our show and make it something that plays to those stories and characters,” shares Gilbert. “We’ll of course still do the hits our fans love, but we are looking at this as an opportunity to turn up the heat a bit and give the songs on Fire & Brimstone a chance to really rock.”

Gilbert’s fifth studio album set for release on Oct. 4 features a series of powerhouse collaborations with some of country music’s finest artists such as Lindsay Ell, Willie Nelson, Alison Krauss, Jamey Johnson, Lukas Nelson and Colt Ford.

Shortly after the album’s October release, Gilbert will set sail for his Second Annual Kick It in the Ship cruise. He will be joined by Rice, LANCO, Diamond Rio, Tyler Farr, Danielle Bradbery, Jon Langston, Colt Ford, Tyler Rich, SixForty1, Trea Landon, Sam Grow, Tyler Braden, Brian Davis, Tyler Booth and more as they rock the high-seas from Miami to Cozumel this November.

About Brantley Gilbert

With back-to-back platinum albums and a grassroots following millions strong, Brantley Gilbert has clearly struck a nerve. The Georgia native who started as the defiant life-of-the-party can still go ‘til sunrise, but he’s also emerged as something far greater: the leader of a massive tribe of hard-working, fun-loving believers for whom electric guitar-shredding, rapping, and twang can go hand-in-hand-in-hand. They call themselves the BG Nation, and when the BG Nation watches Gilbert on a stage, they don’t just see a star. They see themselves. Six No. 1 hits punctuate his career: “Country Must be Country Wide,” “You Don’t Know Her Like I Do,” CMA Awards Song of the Year nominee “Dirt Road Anthem,” “My Kinda Party,” “Bottoms Up,” and “One Hell of an Amen.” Gilbert’s landmark record Just As I Am clinched the 2014 American Music Award for Favorite Country Album. Earning praise from the New York Times, NPR, American Songwriter, and more, Gilbert has mined a rich vein of conflict between the party and the pew on all of his albums. Instead of toiling in limbo, unable to enjoy good times for fear of Judgment Day, Gilbert fully lives––rowdy friend, man of faith, devoted husband, smitten new father––just as he is. Highly anticipated Fire & Brimstone, out October 4 via The Valory Music Co., is Gilbert’s most mature and complex exploration of his world to date. Friday, Oct. 25, 2019 at 7 p.m.

Tickets on sale – Friday, June 21, 2019 at 10 a.m.

Country superstar Chase Rice is returning to Las Vegas for a special performance at the Sandbar Stage at Red Rock Resort on Friday, Oct. 25, 2019 at 7 p.m. Located poolside at Red Rock Resort, the Sandbar poolside stage is the perfect destination for a concert experience under the stars. Tickets start at $20 plus tax and applicable fees and go on sale Friday, June 21 at 10 a.m.

Rice released his ten-song album Lambs & Lions late last year with new label partner BBR Music Group/ BMG—the follow-up to 2014’s Ignite the Night, which hit No.

Born in Florida and raised on a farm in Asheville, North Carolina, Rice was a promising linebacker at the University of North Carolina.  Encouraged by his father, he began playing guitar and writing songs in college. After his father died and an injury ended his football career, music became his solace during a period of depression. (The slogan he took to writing inside the brim of his baseball caps, “HDEU,” served as a reminder to keep his head down, working, but his eyes up, looking forward to the future—and now inspires his clothing company, Head Down Eyes Up.) After college, Rice was selected as a NASCAR pit crew member, winning two championships with Hendrick Motorsports, and then took time away to escape and became a contestant on Survivor: Nicaragua. But his heart never left music, and he knew he had to take his shot at Nashville. Soon after arriving, he was part of the team that wrote Florida Georgia Line’s Diamond-certified smash “Cruise.” After a couple independent album releases of his own, Rice signed a major label deal.

Tickets for Chase Rice are $20 plus tax and applicable fees for standing room only and $50 plus tax and applicable fees for VIP standing near the stage. All tickets go on sale Friday, June 21 2019 at 10 a.m. Guests under 21 years must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older. Tickets can be purchased at any Station Casinos Reward Center and The Fiestas, by logging onto www.stationcasinoslive.com or through Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000 or www.ticketmaster.com. For exclusive ticket pre-sale information connect with Red Rock Resort on Twitter @RedRockCasino and Facebook.

Recap: 4th ACM Party for a Cause Festival Continues w/ Headliner Dierks Bentley / Cabela’s & ACM’s Archerty Tournament

Last night, Dierks Bentley headlined the second night of the 4th ACM Party for a Cause® Festival at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds. The three-day event continued with an all-star lineup of performers on the Ram Trucks Main Stage including Frankie Ballard, Lee Brice, Chris Janson, Dustin Lynch, Chris Stapleton and Chris Young. Earlier performances on the Cabela’s Stage featured Chase Bryant, Courtney Cole, Chris Lane, Jackson Michelson and A Thousand Horses.

Highlights from the second day and night included:

  • Lady Antebellum’s Charles Kelly and Eric Paslay joined headliner Dierks Bentley on stage to perform Kelley’s debut solo single, “The Driver.”
  • Lee Brice performed an acoustic version of Eli Young Band’s “Crazy Girl;” which he wrote.
  • Dustin Lynch crowd surfed from the Ram Trucks Main Stage in an inflatable boat while he sang “Where It’s At.”
  • Chris Stapleton performed a duet with his wife, Morgane, as the sunset over the Las Vegas Festival Grounds.
  • ACM CEO Bob Romeo presented Chris Stapleton with his ACM Award for New Male Artist of the Year
  • Lee Brice surprised Ginger Ravella (a military widow and Folds of Honor advocate) with a piece of her past that she never thought she’d ever see again, a truck that had belonged to her fallen husband and sold before his deployment. Ginger was overwhelmed by the gesture and was overcome with tears on stage during the presentation*.
    • Back Story: Last year, Lee performed a benefit concert for Folds of Honor, a non-profit that provides educational scholarships to spouses and children of fallen or disabled veterans. After the performance, Ginger Ravella (a military widow and Folds of Honor advocate) was overcome with emotion and told Lee that his song, ‘I Drive Your Truck’ held a special meaning to her family – it reminded Ginger of her fallen husband, Troy Gilbert, who was forced to sell his 3rd generation family-owned truck before his last deployment. Troy’s F-16 fighter jet crashed in Iraq while trying to save U.S. troops (story here). Immediately, Lee and his manager got digging. After nearly 6 months of cross country searching, Lee and Ginger’s second husband (Jim Ravella) found Troy’s original truck in Phoenix, AZ. They purchased the truck, payed to get it fixed up and shipped it to Las Vegas in time for the ACMs this weekend, where Lee will be surprising Ginger (in the audience) with the truck. To make it better, Troy’s youngest son, Greyson, got his license earlier this month and will be driving his late father’s truck.
  • Multiple checks were presented on behalf of the Academy’s charitable arm, ACM Lifting Lives to beneficiaries of this year’s ACM Party for a Cause Festival including Folds of Honor, Military Warriors Support Foundation,Honor Flight SouthlandNavy SEAL Foundation, and Task Force Dagger Foundation.

  • The morning kicked off with the ACM & Cabela’s Celebrity Tic-Tac-Toe Archery Tournament. Cabela’s Ambassadors Luke Bryan and Justin Moore returned to host the fan-favorite event held at the Cabela’s Stage at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds. Country music stars Luke Bryan, Chris Janson, Dustin Lynch, Justin Moore, Eric Paslay, Chris Rice, and Granger Smith, former MLB player Adam LaRoche, plus Cabela’s pro staff Wade Middleton and Kristy Titus participated in the archery tournament featuring Cabela’s state-of-the-art archery equipment.
    • HIGHLIGHTS:
      • Team Luke and Team Justin competing head-to-head for the trophy:
      • Team Luke included country music artists Chris Janson, Chase Rice, and Granger Smith plus Cabela’s pro staffer Wade Middleton.
      • Team Justin included artists Dustin Lynch, Eric Paslay, former MLB player Adam LaRoche and Cabela’s Pro Staffer Kristy Titus. Country artist Lucas Hoge and bow hunting athlete Cameron Hanes also competed at the event during half-time.
      • Team Luke was leading the competition when Storme Warren suggested that Luke Bryan and Justin Moore make a sudden death deal: the two artists shoot one last game of tic-tac-toe and whoever wins would take home the trophy. In spite of Team Luke’s commanding lead, Justin surprised the crowd with a victory!
      • Additional attendees included event emcees Storme Warren and Eva Shocky.

*Industry Awards and Studio Recording Awards will be announced at a later date.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Awards counts for artists reflect categories in which they have been recognized as individuals or as part of their duo or group. In some cases, an artist may receive more than one nomination which factors into their official count. For example, Kenny Chesney received two nominations in the Single Record of the Year category—one each as artist and producer—because that category recognizes both.

Award recipients in each category are noted above parenthetically in the Album of the Year, Single Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Video of the Year and Vocal Event of the Year.

PRESENTERS ANNOUNCED FOR THE FIRST-EVER
“AMERICAN COUNTRY COUNTDOWN AWARDS”
LIVE MONDAY, DECEMBER 15, ON FOX

Terry Crews, Sara Evans, Hunter Hayes, Jimmie Johnson,
Miss America 2015 Kira Kazantsev, Emily Kinney, Clayton Kershaw,
Maddie & Tae, Scotty McCreery, Kip Moore, Thomas Rhett, Chase Rice, Cole Swindell, Chris Young and Vince Vaughn Among Those Scheduled to Appear

Stars from across the music, sports and entertainment spectrums will present at the inaugural AMERICAN COUNTRY COUNTDOWN AWARDS, airing LIVE from Nashville’s Music City Center on Monday, Dec.15 (8:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed) on FOX.  This star-studded group will join hosts Florida Georgia Line as they honor country music’s biggest stars. Tickets to the event are on sale at TheACCAwards.com/tickets.

Presenters for the AMERICAN COUNTRY COUNTDOWN AWARDS include country artists Sara Evans, Hunter Hayes, Maddie & Tae, Scotty McCreery, Kip Moore, Thomas Rhett, Chase Rice, Cole Swindell and Chris Young. NASCAR’s Jimmie Johnson, Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher and 2014 National League MVP Clayton Kershaw, actors Terry Crews (BROOKLYN NINE-NINE) and Emily Kinney (“The Walking Dead”) and Miss America 2015 Kira Kazantsev will also present.

AMERICAN COUNTRY COUNTDOWN AWARDS is based on country music’s longest-running radio countdown show (41 years), “American Country Countdown with Kix Brooks,” and will honor country outstanding artists based on album sales and radio airplay. Country music stars Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Brett Eldredge, Florida Georgia Line, Miranda Lambert and Carrie Underwood, along with multi-platinum superstar Kelly Clarkson, are set to perform.

The two-hour show will also honor Kenny Chesney with The Groundbreaker Award, which recognizes an artist who has consistently pushed the boundaries and is a trailblazer in the realm of concerts, musical accomplishment, creative innovation and connecting with fans across the United States. Chesney will be on hand to accept his award.

Multimedia entertainer Reba will receive the first-ever NASH Icon Award, presented by Kix Brooks, which celebrates an iconic artist whose extraordinary talent has influenced generations of musicians and who has made a profound and lasting impact on country music. Kelly Clarkson and Miranda Lambert will join together to honor Reba with a special tribute performance.

The Breakthrough Artist of the Year Presented by Samsung Galaxy® is the only fan-voted category. Breakthrough finalists include Brett Eldredge, Tyler Farr, Kip Moore, Thomas Rhett and Cole Swindell. Fan voting continues through Dec. 10. Fans can vote for their favorite Breakthrough finalist by including the following in a tweet: the artist’s Twitter handle, “Breakthrough Artist” and the hashtag #ACCAwards.

AMERICAN COUNTRY COUNTDOWN AWARDS finalists and winners, other than Breakthrough Artist of the Year, are determined based on statistics and radio airplay charts from Nov. 1, 2013-Oct. 31, 2014. The finalists for Album of the Year were based on album sales from SoundScan and the finalists for Artist of the Year were based on a combination of Mediabase airplay, digital data provided by Big Champagne and tour information from Pollstar. All other award categories were made up of those with the largest audience reach, according to Mediabase.

The AMERICAN COUNTRY COUNTDOWN AWARDS is produced by dick clark productions.  Allen Shapiro (CEO, dick clark productions), Mike Mahan (President, dick clark productions), Mark Bracco (Executive Vice President, Programing and Development, dick clark productions), John Dickey (Executive Vice President of Content and Programming, Cumulus), Richard Godfrey (“MTV Europe Music Awards”) and Tom Forrest (“CMT Crossroads”) are executive producers. Baz Halpin is co-executive producer.
