P.J. Clarke’s
Las Vegas Boulevard is the proud home of P.J. Clarke’s—the storied American Saloon with a history that dates back to the late 1800s. The original P.J. Clarke’s in Manhattan has stood beneath rows of skyscrapers for nearly 130 years, collecting famous and infamous regulars. Appreciated for the convivial ambiance and classic fare, P.J. Clarke’s is the quintessential American Saloon. P.J. Clarke’s has stood for Social Networking before there was a Social Network.
In Sin City, the story continues as the majestic ‘Phoenix’ bar, formerly part of the Rothschild Estate, is the fitting centerpiece of P.J. Clarke’s at The Forum Shops at Caesars. Above it, an expansive, Vegas-sized wall of televisions makes sure no game is missed. Comfy red leather banquettes, walls lined with vintage photos and hardwood accents all contribute to a reassuring familiarity that is classic P.J.’s. Seasoned bartenders make favorite classic cocktails the right way; dexterous shuckers ply the freshest shellfish at the marble topped Raw Bar; and the jukebox-filled, convivial dining room welcomes out-of-town revelers, Vegas locals, and off duty showgirls. P.J. Clarke’s is home to the Daily Pearl Happy Hour featuring $1 freshly shucked oysters from “Quarter to Three” to 6 PM daily and to the special Absinthe Dinner and a Show Package.
