More than 250 global and emerging artists are

set to perform at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, May 18 – 20

 

Today, Insomniac revealed the most anticipated festival lineup of 2018, featuring more than 250 top dance music artists from across the globe set to perform at the 22nd edition of North America’s largest dance music festival, Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) in Las Vegas. Headliners will be treated to unforgettable sets from a diverse roster of talent across eight iconic stages and multiple art cars spread throughout the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. From Friday, May 18 to Sunday, May 20, Headliners will dance from dusk till dawn in a celebration life, love, art and music while an eclectic selection of dance music artists will help shape the incredible energy at the three-day experience.

 

Headliners will witness epic sets by acts like Armin Van Buuren, Afrojack, Diplo, Kaskade, Marshmello, Martin Garrix, Tiësto, Zedd and more. Making history at EDC Las Vegas 2018, globally-renowned artists have come together for more than 25 rare b2b performances including Doctor P b2b Flux Pavilion, DJ Stephanie b2b Lady Faith, and 12th Planet b2b Kill The Noise. The Binches and Firebeatz vs. DubVision will treat fans to world exclusive performances, while the fan-favorite NGHTMRE & Slander Present: Gud Vibrations and Tchami x Malaa [No Redemption] tours make their way to the EDC festival stages for the first time. Dash Berlin will return to EDC Las Vegas with a long-awaited classic trance set, while dozens of artists will make their EDC Las Vegas debut this May, from Moksi, GG Magree, Khalid, and Yultron, to Borgeous, Charlotte de Witte, and many more.

 

In celebration of Insomniac’s 25th anniversary, fans will see the premiere of five brand-new EDC stage designs for kineticFIELD, circuitGROUNDS, neonGARDEN, bassPOD and the new open-air quantumVALLEY experience. In addition, fans will enjoy once-in-a-lifetime performances from their favorite artists at cosmicMEADOW, wasteLAND and the brand-new Insomniac Records stage. New to the festival this year, Headliners will also be treated to early-entry opening ceremonies on the cosmicMEADOW lawn beginning daily at 4 p.m., including extended sets from different artists just before sunset.

Hakkasan Las Vegas Celebrates its Four-Year Anniversary with Star-Studded Weekend

This past weekend Hakkasan Las Vegas Nightclub inside MGM Grand hosted a special weekend-long celebration in honor of its Four-Year Anniversary featuring an all-star lineup.

 

Kicking off the memorable weekend, resident DJ Steve Aoki took to the stage Thursday, April 6 where he spun his chart-topping hits to an energetic, packed crowd.

Continuing the celebration Friday, April 7, Zedd manned the DJ booth and fueled the party with his bass-thumping hits. Also spotted at the nighttime hot spot were Victoria’s Secret Angels Josephine Skriver and Jasmine Tooks, as well as Skriver’s boyfriend and lead singer of The Cab, Alexander DeLeon. The group partied the night away in honor of Skriver and DeLeon’s birthdays as the couple was presented with an elegant three-tiered blue and silver cake and were surprised with photo opportunity with Zedd. Throughout the night the group sipped cocktails, danced and enjoyed the confetti-filled revelry.

 

GRAMMY Award-winning DJ icon Tiësto kept the party going Saturday, April 9, as he played to a sold-out crowd. Adding to the excitement of the night, the dance music sensation was presented with an extravagant five-tiered anniversary themed cake as hundreds of balloons dropped from the ceiling into the enthusiastic crowd making for a truly unforgettable affair.

 

Rounding out the celebratory weekend-long event, DJ group Above & Beyond manned the turntables Sunday, April 9, as New England Patriots tight end, Rob Gronkowski was spotted sipping on cocktails and partying among the sea of clubgoers. The artists played into the early hours of the morning for the eager crowd as they brought the memorable anniversary affair to an end.

SEA MONSTERS REVEALED AT SHARK REEF AQUARIUM

  • The world’s largest exhibition of uniquely preserved sea creatures takes center stage with Sea Monsters Revealed at Shark Reef Aquarium.
  • Through the use of a revolutionary polymer preservation technique, commonly known as plastination, guests get to see the outside and inside of some of the sea’s most magnificent inhabitants.
  • The exhibition features an 18-foot, 3,000-pound whale shark along with a 15-foot-long mako shark and giant sunfish among its more than 18 full-body sea creatures.

Clear Channel today announced the artist line-up for the biggest live concert event in radio history, the iHeartRadio Music Festival, taking place in Las Vegas on September 20 and 21. This year’s extraordinary line-up includes Justin Timberlake, Katy Perry, J. Cole, Elton John, Muse, Tiësto, Chris Brown, Keith Urban, fun., Miguel, Bruno Mars, Phoenix, Zedd, Maroon 5, Tim McGraw, Ke$ha, Thirty Seconds to Mars and Benny Benassi, plus a rare live appearance by legendary rock band Queen + Adam Lambert, this year’s Macy’s iHeartRadio Rising Star winner, The Summer Set and other special surprise guests to be announced later. Ryan Seacrest, host and producer of the top-rated nationally syndicated LA Morning drive-time show – “On Air with Ryan Seacrest” on Clear Channel’s 102.7 KIIS-FM, will return for a third record-breaking year to host the Festival, kicking off the two-day event on the evening of Friday, September 20 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

The Festival will broadcast LIVE across Clear Channel radio stations in 150 markets nationwide, and this year will air as a two night special on The CW Network on Sept. 30 (night one) at 8-10 p.m. ET/PT and Oct. 1 (night two) at 8-10 p.m. ET/PT, to launch the network’s fall season.

This year, the Festival gets even bigger with the addition of the “iHeartRadio Music Festival Village” on Saturday afternoon. The Festival Village will feature live performances on two stages by nearly a dozen popular and up-and-coming artists, including Miley Cyrus, The Wanted, Jason Derulo, The Band Perry, Avril Lavigne, Krewella, Cher Lloyd, twenty one pilots, Pete Tong, AWOLNATION and a special guest appearance by Ne-Yo.
