CBS RADIO’s “SPF” (“SUN.POOL.FUN.”) national concert returns to Vegas on Saturday, May 20 at Boulevard Pool inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas featuring performances by DNCE, Hailee Steinfeld, Jason Derulo, Niall Horan and Post Malone. The announcement was made this morning on KLUC-FM and KMXB-FM, CBS RADIO’s local stations. Show doors open at 8:00 PM, PT.

Pre-sale tickets are available beginning tomorrow, Tuesday, April 4 at 10:00 AM, PT, through Thursday, April 6 at 10:00 PM, PT, via Ticketmaster using the code SPF2017. General admission tickets go on sale Friday, April 7 at 12:00 PM, PT, via Ticketmaster. Tickets cost $45.00.

A range of up-and-coming pop artists have performed at the previous two “SPF” shows, including Alessia Cara, Fifth Harmony and Kygo. This marks Jason Derulo’s second performance at SPF. He returns to the CBS RADIO stage after thrilling audiences at the show’s debut.

For fans outside of the Vegas area, CBS RADIO’s Radio.com is hosting a national sweepstakes, awarding one lucky listener the chance to win two tickets to the show. NIALL HORAN

Capitol Records recording artist Niall Horan made his solo debut in late 2016 with the single “This Town.” The song, which Horan co-wrote, reached #1 in 60 countries in the first 24 hours of its release, became the #1 trending topic worldwide on Twitter and topped the Shazam chart in numerous countries. Award-winning dancer Maddie Ziegler will join Nigel Lythgoe, Paula Abdul and Jason Derulo as a judge on SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE: THE NEXT GENERATION.  Ziegler will lend her expertise as a young dancer to critique and praise the contestants as they battle it out during the studio shows this summer.

SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE: THE NEXT GENERATION premieres Monday, May 30 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT), on FOX. The new season will feature a younger generation of dancers between the ages of 8-13, who are skilled in various dance styles, such as contemporary, tap, hip-hop, ballroom, animation or breaking. The dancers will be paired up with All-Stars to compete for the title of America’s Favorite Dancer.

Best known for starring in the award-winning reality series “Dance Moms,” 13-year-old Maddie Ziegler has gone on to star in singer-songwriter Sia’s music video trilogy. She has had the honor of performing artistic contemporary routines on “Saturday Night Live,” the Grammy Awards (2015), “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” (three times), “We Can Survive” at the Hollywood Bowl, “Dancing with the Stars” (twice) and “Jimmy Kimmel Live.” She also is making a name for herself as an aspiring actress with roles on such hit television shows as “Pretty Little Liars,” “Austin & Ally” and “Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn.”  She will be making her big screen debut in the upcoming feature “The Book of Henry,” starring opposite Naomi Watts and directed by Colin Trevorrow. Ziegler also recently took home a People’s Choice Award, winning the DailyMail.com Seriously Popular Award.

During auditions, the next generation of dancers will compete for a place at “The Academy,” where only the most talented will be selected for the next round of competition. At the end of the round, the best of the best, the Top 10 dancers will be partnered permanently with a SYTYCD All-Star. The competition then moves to the SYTYCD studio, where, with Ziegler and the returning SYTYCD judges watching their every move, the top youngsters will compete each week in a variety of styles, working and performing alongside their All-Stars with world-renowned choreographers. World-renowned choreographer, performer, singer and songwriter Paula Abdul and singer/songwriter/dancer Jason Derulo will join Nigel Lythgoe at the judges’ table, alongside returning host Cat Deeley, for the 12th season of SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE. The upcoming season will feature a new twist in the competition: stage dancers vs. street dancers.

“With the new and exciting format comes a new and exciting panel of judges,” said executive producer and judge Lythgoe. “I’m delighted that Paula Abdul and Jason Derulo will be joining me at the judges’ table this season on SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE. Paula is an incredible artist and she brings the perfect combination of expertise and heart to the panel. Jason’s insight, humor and creativity will add a new perspective to the panel that we haven’t had before.”

SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE returns this summer on FOX. Auditions for the new season start in New York, NY (Saturday, Jan. 24); Dallas, TX (Saturday, Feb. 14); Detroit, MI; (Sunday, Feb. 22); Memphis, TN (Sunday, March 8); and Los Angeles, CA (Sunday, March 15).

Auditioners traveling to cities for the open calls should make arrangements to stay for at least two days following their initial audition (three days for Memphis) in the event of a callback.

Dancers either must be U.S. citizens, legal permanent residents of the U.S. or possess current legal Employment Authorization Cards enabling them to seek employment freely in the U.S. (i.e., without restrictions as to employer) by the date specified in the eligibility rules. Dancers must be no younger than 18 or older than 30 years of age on the first day they register for auditions. Any dancer who is a minor in his/her state of residence must also have a parent or legal guardian sign all required documents. Throughout the auditions, the dancers who advance will be placed into two teams – the STAGE dancers, featuring those trained in styles such as contemporary, ballet, jazz or tap; and the

STREET dancers, hopefuls skilled in hip-hop, animation or breaking.  As the auditions continue, the judges, along with each team’s All-Star Mentor, will eliminate dancers until only the Top 20 – 10 Street Dancers and 10 Stage Dancers – remain. When the competition goes “live,” the Top

20 will be challenged weekly to perform a variety of styles, working with world-renowned choreographers. One dancer from each genre will be eliminated each week leading up to the Season Finale. Paula Abdul is a groundbreaking choreographer, dancer, songwriter, performer, designer, actor and businesswoman.  Brantley Gilbert, Ella Henderson, Nick Jonas, Nico & Vinz and Train join the biggest music celebration of the year with special performances from the Billboard Hollywood Party on “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve 2015.” Fergie hosts the Billboard Hollywood Party and also performs along with previously announced performers Iggy Azalea, Bastille, Charli XCX, Jason Derulo, One Direction, Pentatonix, Rixton and Meghan Trainor. With over 38 performances and 5 ½ hours of music, programming for “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2015” begins at 8:00 pm ET/PT on ABC Television Network.

The bi-coastal celebration will include hours of special performances and reports on New Year’s celebrations from around the globe, and Ryan Seacrest will lead the traditional countdown to midnight from Times Square in New York City as he has for the last 9 years. As previously announced, Jenny McCarthy will be live from Times Square where Taylor Swift, Florida Georgia Line, MAGIC! and Idina Menzel will perform for over one million fans. Special remote performances from Nashville will include Gavin DeGraw and Lady Antebellum with Elton John also performing from Brooklyn.

Dominating with the GOLD-certified JUST AS I AM (The Valory Music Co.), Brantley Gilbert notched his first #1 Billboard Country Albums debut and holds the third-highest Country debut of 2014 as well as a Top 10 spot on this year’s Top Albums chart (Soundscan). The album recently took home the American Music Award for Favorite Country Album and produced his latest single “One Hell of an Amen;” the PLATINUM-certified #1 hit “Bottoms Up” and the Top 10, GOLD-certified “Small Town Throwdown,” featuring labelmates Justin Moore and Thomas Rhett. Eighteen-year-old UK breakout, Ella Henderson, started her journey to fame as a contestant on the X Factor UK in 2012. Ella was the favorite to win the show but wound up finishing in sixth place, upon which she was immediately signed by Simon Cowell to his label SYCO. Ella now marks her arrival with debut single “Ghost,” which was co-written with One Republic’s Ryan Tedder and is already platinum in the UK and Australia, as well as the fastest selling debut single in the UK with the second biggest radio audience of the year. “Ghost” recently broke into the Top 10 on iTunes in the US and its music video currently boasts over 33 million views on Vevo. Ella is also making her way to the forefront in the US with recent performances on Good Morning America, The TODAY Show, Dancing with the Stars, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Late Night with Seth Meyers, The Voice, and the 2014 American Music Awards Coca-Cola Red Carpet Live Pre-Show. Island Records Artist, Nick Jonas announces himself as a brand-new musician on newly released self-titled solo debut. Who Jonas is now is a 22 year old multi-talented artist stepping out on his own and re-inventing himself after achieving worldwide fame with The Jonas Brothers. The Grammy-nominated group sold 20 million albums and toured the globe several times over before calling it quits in October 2013. Its youngest member has lived a lot of life in those years and his experiences are reflected on his self-titled album which was released nationwide on November 11 via Island Records. The album’s smash single and radio hit, “Jealous,” penned by Jonas and co-written by with Nolan Lambroza and Simon Wilcox, peaked at #8 on Billboard Hot 100 and is now certified platinum. Jonas attributes the album’s darker overtones partially to the fact that while he was recording, he was also shooting the gritty television show Kingdom — a mixed martial arts family drama that premieres on DirecTV’s Audience Network on October 8. Jonas plays an MMA prize fighter who holds his cards close to his chest. This year, Jonas embarked on a Club Tour in support of his album, and visited 12 cities across the United States and Canada including Houston, Dallas, Chicago, Boston, Los Angeles and New York and will be joining Iggy Azalea on her upcoming Great Escape Tour in Spring 2015.

The first performer announced today is one of this year’s most talked-about music superstars, Miley Cyrus. An exciting new addition to the Billboard Music Awards lineup, Miley is a finalist in eight categories this year: Top Artist, Top Female Artist, Top Hot 100 Artist, Top Digital Songs Artist, Top Social Artist, Top Streaming Artist, Top Hot 100 Song and Top Streaming Song. Cyrus will be performing remotely, from across the pond on her Bangerz tour, in Manchester, England.

Ricky Martin is no stranger to the Billboard Music Awards, having won Top New Latin Artist in 1993, Hot 100 Singles Artist of the Year – Male, and Male Artist of the Year in 1999. Martin recently premiered his new song “Vida,” off the FIFA World Cup official soundtrack, which entered Billboard’s hot Latin Songs chart this week as the top debut at No. 11. He recently peaked at No. 2 on Hot Latin Songs as a featured vocalist, along with Jennifer Lopez, on Wisin’s “Adrenalina.”

Also announced today was a star-studded line up of presenters for the live awards show. Grammy Award winning singer-songwriter Miranda Lambert is the reigning four-time CMA and reigning five-time ACM Female Vocalist of the Year (the first time anyone has won 5 consecutive years). dick clark productions and Billboard announced today that international music superstar Jennifer Lopez will be honored with the prestigious Icon Award at the 2014 Billboard Music Awards. The show will broadcast live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, May 18, on ABC at 8pm ET.

The Icon Awards is a lifetime achievement award and the ultimate honor.  Jennifer is the 4th artist and the first woman, in the four years of its existence, to receive the award for their remarkable and enduring contribution to popular music.  Past winners include Neil Diamond, Stevie Wonder, and Prince.

“Jennifer Lopez is one of the most iconic performers of her generation,” said Larry Klein producer of the Billboard Music Awards.   “We are thrilled to honor her historic career with the 2014 Icon Award and will be on the edge of our seats like everyone else when she takes the stage.”

Lopez will also take the stage with one of the night’s finalists, Pitbull (Top Rap Artist, Top Rap Song), to debut the official anthem of this year’s FIFA World Cup, “We Are One (Ole Ola).” Closing her performance, Lopez will have another debut performance of her single, “First Love,” off her 10th album entitled “AKA”, which is set for release on June 17.

TAO Beach at The Venetian Resort Hotel Casino will celebrate its season opening with a new look and the help of wildly successful recording artist Jason Derulo on Saturday, April 19. Born in Los Angeles, the award-winning multiplatinum superstar Robin Thicke taught himself to play piano at the age of 12 and by 16 was writing and producing songs for artists including Brandy, Color Me Badd, and Brian McKnight.  By the age of 21, he had written and produced songs on over 20 gold and platinum albums including those from Michael Jackson, Marc Anthony, Pink, Christina Aguilera, and others.

Thicke’s recently released single, “Blurred Lines,” features T.I. and Pharrell, is a bona fide worldwide smash, having reached No.1 in 80 countries to date. The track is the first single from Thicke’s sixth studio album, which is due to be released this summer and has already crossed a number of radio formats.  He has toured with Beyonce and Mary J Blige, and been honored with the VH1 Soul/Vibe award for “Best Breakthrough Artist,” as well as received nominations from BET, MTV, and the American Music Awards.

Two albums in from bursting on the scene in 2009, Jason Derulo has sold over 15 million tracks domestically with almost 10 billion in cumulative radio audience and nearly 700 million views on his YouTube channel due to a string of Top 10 singles: “Watcha Say,” “In My Head,” “Ridin’ Solo,” “Don’t Wanna Go Home” and “It Girl.”

From Cambridge, Mass., 25-year-old rising artist Sammy Adams stormed the music scene with his major-label debut single “Blow Up,” a hypnotic head-nodding beat looking at what life is like for this young musician.  Adams began to write rhymes and create beats while in high school, but it was at Trinity College that he came up with the idea for his breakthrough single “I Hate College,” a cheeky remix of Asher’s Roth’s “I Love College.” After Adams’ friend posted it on his blog in August 2009, the track spread like wildfire among students across the Northeast and he began booking shows at colleges who were impressed with the new talent.

Adams built such a sizable following through touring that his independently released album Boston’s Boy shot to the top of the iTunes Hip-Hop/Rap chart on its first day out in March 2010.  In September 2010, Adams released his first mixtape, Party Records, a seamless blend of dubstep, bass music, and electro-house with beats by Rusko, Deadmau5, Bassnectar, and other EMD giants.
